Mark Ant Welllllll, I doubt it, considering he merely said he had a chance. Everyone has a chance. I have a chance to beat Floyd, but don’t get me wrong, McG didn’t have much of a chance and I never thought he was going to win.
And it is only his professional career. According to wiki he was training since he was 5 years under tutelage of his pro boxer father and champion boxer uncle. He had literally spend his whole life devoted to box
Very well executed. I can tell this video took a lot of hard work to put together. Fantastic lesson in visualization and Conor is really the perfect guy to explain it through. My hat is off you you guys.
Something the video also didn't even consider was that Mayweather was also visualizing the fight in his head because that's what world-class boxers do but he didn't shout out, "Hey, McGregor has no stamina, so I'm going to go defense until he runs out of gas then go in for the kill when his legs are shot." That is because the creator ignored one of his fundamental rules: KNOW YOUR FRAME and how to move out of it or within it. If you can't change the frame, then you have to adapt to it. Mayweather got a big picture in his head of what was going to happen: McGregor's going to go full throttle for 25 minutes in five minutes increments because that's the length of a UFC title match. A sanctioned boxing match like this one is ONE HOUR, 12 rounds in three-minute increments. If this was a UFC match, McGregor would have dominated because Mayweather's plan wouldn't have worked. However, this was a boxing match: not only is it more than twice as long, but the pacing is totally different: McGregor's normal fight plans would be cut short by two minutes every round, forcing him to pick up the pace. You can see this as the match goes on and he expends far more energy than necessary. However, this is Mayweather's pace - he doesn't need to adjust: he has done this dance before, over and over again. He knows the limitations of the frame and how to move within in to the point that he's controlling the match: take a look at how much McGregor backpedals when Mayweather pushes him into the ropes. McGregor can visualize all he wants, it doesn't mean anything IF THE FRAME REFUSES TO ADJUST TO HIS THINKING. Despite the superficial similarities, McGregor was very much out of his element in this boxing ring. Mayweather didn't win because he was the better or more confident fighter, he won because he fully understood the frame he and McGregor were in, and let his confidence in his experience win the day.
Visualization isn't the only way to approach a fight. It's easy to understand so people latch on to it. But not everyone is visually inclined. Some people are more physically intelligent. They might spend more of their time engaged in different kinds of activities. Like playing games, like pool or even video games and not even think much about the fight at all. Demetrious Johnson is like this. He doesn't study his opponents, his team comes up with a game plan, he spends most of free time Playing video games. Visualization is great But what happens when everything that happens is unexpected? The fact that you expected things to be a cetain way just makes the unexpected harder to cope with. Demetrious Johnson is probably the best fighter at dealing with chaos in all of mma. That's because he spends his time actually engaged in activity where chaos is a major factor.
you don't expect things to be a certain way, you think of the possibility and prepare for it, all series of every possible series of events is happening all at once
When I was in Iraq in the war, I would visualize myself coming back home and feeling the hot sand at the beach, the cold water, the hot girls in bikinis. I came back in one piece with a stable mind and now I have two beautiful children to teach. Hooah!
Yesterday, a skinny dude visualized himself lifting 220 pounds. He dropped the god damn bar on his neck. In the marines, we say: " u won't raise up to the occasion, u won't be a hero, u will fall to your level of training".
Makiaveliiste O that issue is he didnt work to get to it he went straight to it gotta start small its really not a dumb thing to do if you know how to do it
Makiaveliiste O but you have to realize conor started in boxing at the age of 12 but when he started mma he started doing everything not just boxing so its not like its only been 6 monyhs
To be fair, he only said that there was a possibilty that McGregor could win, not that he knew for sure. Besides, his points about visualisation still stand.
Whilst self belief and visualisation are an important part of sports, there are three issues for Conor: 1. Mayweather is just as confident if not more so about how he is going to perform and the outcome 2. Mayweather has a superior skill set and a vast array of experience 3. In combat sports self belief is not enough. You need to be able to physically execute and are punished when you can not So whilst Conor is very convincing, it is also very likely that he will hit a big wall during the fight when he can not perform the way he wants to and Mayweather will be victorious
I totally agree with all 3 of your points. This is definitely not like the Trump bet we put $2k on. Politics are 90% charisma, 10% policy. A fight is probably 75% physical, 25% mental (totally making that up but you get my jist) You also raise a great point, which is what happens if the fight starts to go a direction Conor hasn't envisioned. I would guess that similar to the Chad fight, Conor's vision of this one involves Floyd being very, very good and tough to hit and all that. My point was that no MMA fighter should have ANY chance against Floyd in a boxing match but fighting is part mental part physical, and Conor's mental game is insanely tight. Two weeks ago I would have said he had no in hell of winning this, but in the process of making this video I started to believe Conor can win just because he's been so successful at having an "impossible" vision (first man to KO Jose, first two weight champ, making this fight even happen in the first place) and achieving it.
Benjamin Altman those impossible victories are in a sport he has full or almost full knowledge of and skills that he has honed for a long time. In boxing he has to kind of unlearn a lot of his reflexes because they would get him disqualified. I would say he is at more of a disadvantage than most people think because he has to willingly stop himself and his well trained mma responses.
Benjamin Altman, To your last point, I completely agree that Conor's outlook maximises his chances in the fight as much as possible. But you are underestimating Mayweather's psychology for some reason. He has been undefeated for 20 years. The reason for that is not only his skill set. I would imagine his outlook and focus are pretty formidable. The fact that not even one motivated opponent beat him in that length of time needs to be considered. For that reason (and also because I am really into boxing and mma) I am pretty certain that Conor will give maximum effort but will hit that wall and be defeated
+ Narong Road true I find it funny that all the mental things people rave about with Conor, Floyd has been doing the same things and at a higher level for much longer
If this was a MMA bout, Connor would win. But it's not. It's a boxing bout between arguably the greatest living boxer and a guy who is 0/0 in boxing. It would take nothing short of a meteorite striking Mayweather mid-bout to turn this in McGregor's favor. I can have 100% confidence while squaring off against a grizzly bear with my bare hands... it doesn't mean I'd stand a chance.

Technically, Hillary smashed Trump by winning the popular vote. The video he made was an analysis on why Trump would convince more than Hillary. He actually did not
i agree..when i was in the game of powerlifting for over 30 years plus i would focus all my lifts before a meet and more then not it would go the way i would visualize in my mind...Even before training i would lay in bed and visualize on all my lifts. The mind is a powerful tool.More then some people realize.
I lifted in the 181 lbs weight class then in my last 10 years i went up to the 220 lbs weight class...Ive been out the game now for 3 years due to a minor stroke...
Survival Instincts Mayweather will win because while McGregor is visualizing, Floyd has actually lived it and fought all kinds of fighters for 20+ years. Floyds real world experience is basically Connor's visualization in 4D
Charisma on command I enjoy ur channel but I'm pretty upset that yall haven't even acknowledged Conors loss against mayweather... That was a great opportunity to look at the flipside of how well mayweather handled Conors machismo.... I'm waiting on that and I think a lot of people are
your explanation is very well thought out. in my opinion, i would only like to point out one thing, and that is, those who create "goals" aren't really creating goals. they are already investing their energy into manifesting a negative outcome in their mind, subconsciously of course, but still very real, and that is to "lose weight" or "get out of" a relationship. subconsciously, that is the complete opposite of what mcgregor does, and by changing those goals to benefit oneself instead of taking something away, we subconsciously desire to work towards that actual goal instead of just getting a burst of dopamine because we say we want to "leave our bad workplace"
When Conner talks about what he's visualizing; this is after he's a master with the laws of attraction; a master of what he wants and visualizes; he's in control of this. Im like this; I do the same thing; and I speak it the same way; its intent full. Your learning to create personal owned space when speaking; it brings it out in front.
You should make a video on Floyd. Although he wasn't as cocky as Conor, but he had an aura that defintely shook Conor down. you can see it in the final press conference,Conor was sweating. His face clearly showed some sort of fear, ucertainty but he tried to hide it. even the conference in London, Floyd behaved very confident and dominant while conor was just the same. The idea is this in UFC especially the opponents that Conor fought they all were underconfident to some degree. They are emotionally weak, not that they aren't good fighters, they are great but emotionally weak. Thats why when you look at conor infront of them conor is clearly confident. But Connor infront Floyd is completely different. He had a really tough time breaking floyds confidence but he just can't. Floyd has won with warriors such as Manny, Canelo, shane mosley and great fighters. Connor is nothing in front of him. Floyd walks with certainty you can see that every step he takes literally is calculated and the statements he was making during the Final weigh in's , "Weights dont win fights, fighting wins fights" these statements have power unlike Connor who was cussing around and being cocky. I respect conor he like the Muhammed Ali of UFC , some might disagree with me on this but thats my opinion. However, I have more respect for Floyd, truly skillful, confident. he has acheived mastery.
I agree with the visualising aspect of this, same happened to me when I played soccer. Went up for a corner and told the opposing defender who was marking that 'this is mine' and I did tuck away the goal
I'm glad you will upload videos more often and I love your point of view at this. I had no idea about the dopamine thing, when you say your goals out loud, it give sense
A MILLION THUMBS UP FOR THIS VIDEO. I've never left comments on videos.. but this one changed my life. Especially after you watch it a second time. I think of other guys who on paper shouldn't have made it for silly insecurities we all have, like Tom Cruise. I always think I'm short and have a big nose.. and then I realize that so does Tom Cruise. Granted he has that megasmlie, but still. He's a short guy with a big nose that till this day is regarded as one of a few superstars. Why can't that be me? Thank you so much for changing my life.
VictorShephard you're missing the point. What I'm saying is that despite what I thought of as things that would hold me down, he has risen to the top. Listen, if you don't get it, it's perfectly fine.
Lmao I don't know much about boxing, and although I hope McGregor wins, I'm fairly confident that if the match is real (which I'm also sceptical about) he's gonna get his a$$ kicked by one of the best boxers of all time. He's UFC, and he's king there, but this ain't the same sport hehe
I mean. If you're skeptical that the match could be fake with the exception that mayweather wins that's kinda trashy . I mean that's not exactly what you're saying. But that's pretty much what you're saying. If conor won fair there shouldn't be any doubt just amazement of how he even managed to stay up with mayweather it's not exactly fair to be skeptical of something if it goes one way verses the way you want. That being said... i Agree It would be hard to believe if conor managed to win. And if what I'm saying is nothing close than what you meant you can't tell me calmly, angrily , or however you want and I'll apologize
I have to say I'm disappointed at Charisma on Command, Charlie's team got a little ahead of themselves after the Trump prediction. This video felt a little forced since the beginning and today it was proven. 50-0. No matter how charismatic or confident McGregor is, he had not even the slightest chance in the boxing ring. As Floyd says, fighting wins fighting and nothing else. I'm sure Connor would destroy Floyd in a verbal debate but this was a fight based on skill, of which Connor has none when it comes to boxing. To even anticipate a McGregor victory was very foolish of Charlie's colleague, and completely ignorant of the value of skill.
tbh he was right in this video about all of the confidence shit and what have u , but he forgot that floyds is 100x more confident and has 1000x mental strength that conor .
guy stff the whole video was made just for views and clickbait. To even think Conor COULD have won was ridiculous. And then the pseudo analysis to support that Connor winning narrative was even more ridiculous and frankly even disrespectful to the intellect of the viewers.
lol... you should have stopped at "I don't know much about boxing" True confidence plays a part, but thinking you can beat someone that is 50-0 with no experience, is different than proving yourself to be a winner 50 times.
Amazing video, thank you! I don't think his getting beaten in the Mayweather fight invalidates any of it. It was a wild bet. If you apply the law of attraction, it doesn't mean that everything you visualize will come true, it means you'll be farther ahead than people who don't bother to visualize. Look where that guy managed to get, it's amazing!
I disagree... If you are talking about high subconscious mind law of attraction here etc, have you asked yourself? what if mayweather is " Silently much more confident in destroying mcgregor? " The much more confidence wins. just because mcgregor is much louder with his emotions than mayweather he can win . Technically they're both using charisma that's why they have the belts for long years. In experience wise, mayweather box throughout his life while mcgregor has trained for only 3 months.
Well Conor has been striking for a long time, adapted to the rules for the last 3 months yes. Also he isn't going to come in with a typical boxing approach and the religious boxing philosophy he will use his own style. So no, he haven't trained for just 3 months.
the idea behind this video isn't to say that he will win rather the skills that he has to visualize can get him far and he even said that critics are saying his only chance of winning is if he does a certain thing and of course McGregor won't listen because he's too much into his own head. His ability to visualize every aspect of his fights can be a good thing or a bad thing. The guy on the video is only sharing this so that we can take a note of that skill and apply it to our own lives.
Charlie, I don't know if you know this, but I watched this video every single day for months before going to work in the morning. Thank you so much for producing your videos. As a small content creator I just wanted to say you are an outstanding role model! Your fan- Supagenki
the beautiful thing about floyd that If you put all the pressure on him the mental war the hate everything he will still clam he will still Self-confident
*I thought Conor was going to absolutely destroy Floyd until I realized he can't kick, hit below the belt, pin people down or use his elbows. Rest in peace Conor McGregor.*
Next video: Why Connor McGregor did not knock out Mayweather
Siv Ay Lmao
got to capitalize on your mistakes ROFL
Another mentor of reprogramation told me that Mayweather won because he has more experience and years of fights than Conor, only because of that
Probably would've in MMA
Well.... this is awkward now.
Kenneth Schlappkohl 😂😭
I was thinking about these vids all during the fight, someone`s holding their head in their hands!
Mark Ant
Welllllll, I doubt it, considering he merely said he had a chance. Everyone has a chance. I have a chance to beat Floyd, but don’t get me wrong, McG didn’t have much of a chance and I never thought he was going to win.
Apparently no amount of visualization can beat 20 years of practice in a sport
And it is only his professional career. According to wiki he was training since he was 5 years under tutelage of his pro boxer father and champion boxer uncle. He had literally spend his whole life devoted to box
But you can earm millions tho
Yeah same If Floyd came to MMA
Neither Floyd beating Conor in a MMA match
A man boxing for 20 years vs a dude that never boxed in his life... what were we thinking
He's still a professional mma fighter
MMA and boxing are completely different things. McGregor didn't have the stamina to keep up with Floyd
McGregor is a professional boxer, MMA "MIXED MARTIAL ARTS" Gregor is mainly professionalized as a boxer, but he lost so whatever.
Dustin Allen no he's a boxer
TheTricky411 do you think I like Connor or something?
who is watching after the fight?
Welp, Mayweather just TKO'd Mcgregor sooo...
HaRt BoXeR LOL wth
lmao wtf
His comment went bye bye
He didn't even hit the mat I wouldn't even count it
xvirtualawsomex The Ref is supposed to protect the fighters and Coner wasn't hitting back anymore. So it was going to be a beating
Very well executed. I can tell this video took a lot of hard work to put together. Fantastic lesson in visualization and Conor is really the perfect guy to explain it through. My hat is off you you guys.
RIP McGreggor 50-0
he didnt die
Floyd won so I came to the video to tell you psychology was wrong today lol 😂😂😂
Something the video also didn't even consider was that Mayweather was also visualizing the fight in his head because that's what world-class boxers do but he didn't shout out, "Hey, McGregor has no stamina, so I'm going to go defense until he runs out of gas then go in for the kill when his legs are shot."
That is because the creator ignored one of his fundamental rules: KNOW YOUR FRAME and how to move out of it or within it.
Visualization is great
But what happens when everything that happens is unexpected? The fact that you expected things to be a cetain way just makes the unexpected harder to cope with.
Demetrious Johnson is probably the best fighter at dealing with chaos in all of mma. That's because he spends his time actually engaged in activity where chaos is a major factor.
Skill > Charisma
you don't expect things to be a certain way, you think of the possibility and prepare for it, all series of every possible series of events is happening all at once
This video never claimed Connor WILL win, it just explained why he COULD.
now make one on why he didn't :)

Nikolas Daniel hahahahahahahahaha
You speak as if his opponent doesn't visualize his own victory. Perhaps his opponent visualized his own victory more; seeing as he defeated Conor.

Whos here after Floyd beat Mcgregor?
lesson learned: NEVER speak up your goals, it only creates unnecessary social pressure
You either rise to it or make it an extra weight
Say what you will about the probability of him beating Floyd, Conor's confidence on its own is admirable
The only thing Connor is confident in is collecting 100 million dollars after the fight.
Well you are right about one thing, you don't know much about boxing.

your explanation is very well thought out. in my opinion, i would only like to point out one thing, and that is, those who create "goals" aren't really creating goals. they are already investing their energy into manifesting a negative outcome in their mind, subconsciously of course, but still very real, and that is to "lose weight" or "get out of" a relationship. subconsciously, that is the complete opposite of what mcgregor does, and by changing those goals to benefit oneself instead of taking something away, we subconsciously desire to work towards that actual goal instead of just getting a burst of dopamine because we say we want to "leave our bad workplace"
Make a video on why Floyd won 👍👍👍
Nay Doll that's easy; he was a better boxer. Lol@ psychology against an undefeated champion.
i visualised cornor lose yesterday
However, I have more respect for Floyd, truly skillful, confident. he has acheived mastery.
tremendous talk right here
This guy will never promote a color person.
Confident?? LOL DELUSIONAL
50-0
Edit: 50-0 confirmed just like I said
Yahya Haider you have been played. Connor does not care. Once the fight is over he will be set for life. So much $$$
Michael Tuomenoksa he gets around $100m
Be back tonight lol
Yahya Haider 49-1
Yahya Haider And that is why people like you will remain at the bottom of society forever :)
So... where are all those people who swore Conor would win? They got pretty quiet :)
I guess Conor visualised himself getting TKO'd in the 10th round.
Michael Garcia there's a lot going into Cruise's success...
VictorShephard you're missing the point. What I'm saying is that despite what I thought of as things that would hold me down, he has risen to the top. Listen, if you don't get it, it's perfectly fine.
I just wanna say, this is probably one of the best videos on The Law of Attraction that I've seen. Amazing work!
No one going to mention that this isn't Charlie?
Solid Rock it's Ben, his best friend
Lmao I don't know much about boxing, and although I hope McGregor wins, I'm fairly confident that if the match is real (which I'm also sceptical about) he's gonna get his a$$ kicked by one of the best boxers of all time. He's UFC, and he's king there, but this ain't the same sport hehe
He's not even the king in UFC.
Good
AIONBERSERKER Then who is?
I don't like Conor but he is the biggest name in his sport buddy!
He's not the best fighter. He hasn't even defended a title yet.
Well.......This is a little awkward to watch now
top 10 anime betrayals
Michael Johnson fair enough but if he keeps doing that then his channel's reputation will be tarnished
tbh he was right in this video about all of the confidence shit and what have u , but he forgot that floyds is 100x more confident and has 1000x mental strength that conor .
PC BEAST Nvidia true
guy stff the whole video was made just for views and clickbait. To even think Conor COULD have won was ridiculous. And then the pseudo analysis to support that Connor winning narrative was even more ridiculous and frankly even disrespectful to the intellect of the viewers.
I loved this video and I'm gonna use this ideology to become a better man
That's awesome Jimmy!
Same dude!
Jimmy Biggums I visualised you will regret it
It's funny seeing the title after the fight
lol... you should have stopped at "I don't know much about boxing" True confidence plays a part, but thinking you can beat someone that is 50-0 with no experience, is different than proving yourself to be a winner 50 times.
Floyd believe in the secret also
Well turns out the sports analyst we're right
Johnny Tausch amazing! The people that have spent their lives training and studying know more than people with little interest.
Im so confusing right now this video made me change my mind about the fight !!! I believe McGregor will shock the world ones again !!!
Befores you mayweather fans butts get to raw, notice he said CAN in the title. Not WILL. Great video man, outside the box👍
Appreciate it man! I'm surprised that isn't coming across in the video but I guess this fight has people heated haha
Benjamin Altman i still hope conor knocks him out with that left!!
I'm just here to hand you this L 😂😭😂
And as it turns out, the perfect mentality only allows you to perform at your peak, not above that of somebody else's of greater skill.
Glad you put "Can" in the title
Who's watching this after the fight? XD
Floyd won the fight
Who is watching the after the fight
I laughed when i saw the Title i swear to God.. i love both of them at what they do...
Amazing video, thank you! I don't think his getting beaten in the Mayweather fight invalidates any of it. It was a wild bet. If you apply the law of attraction, it doesn't mean that everything you visualize will come true, it means you'll be farther ahead than people who don't bother to visualize. Look where that guy managed to get, it's amazing!
connor mcgregor was the classic case of overconfident
So no, he haven't trained for just 3 months.
zoorrken yey connor lost
Conor please hold this L hhahhahahhahahhhahahha
Who's watching when mayweather won!!
Dude thank you from your video I became first in my swimming race
Connor got knocked out yo! 😚
Well, this is awkward
Lol ok just because he can think, doesn't mean he can take on a person in their own sport who has tons of experience and is undefeated.
Mike Tyson: "Everybody has a plan until they get hit"
the idea behind this video isn't to say that he will win rather the skills that he has to visualize can get him far and he even said that critics are saying his only chance of winning is if he does a certain thing and of course McGregor won't listen because he's too much into his own head. His ability to visualize every aspect of his fights can be a good thing or a bad thing. The guy on the video is only sharing this so that we can take a note of that skill and apply it to our own lives.
fartün facts
Well, it played out that way...didn't it.😂
"I don't know much about boxing." I love your channel bro but you are completely wrong in this one. Still a good lesson though.
Where's the normal charisma on command guy
His next video comes out this Monday :-)
Charlie, I don't know if you know this, but I watched this video every single day for months before going to work in the morning. Thank you so much for producing your videos. As a small content creator I just wanted to say you are an outstanding role model!
Your fan- Supagenki
the beautiful thing about floyd that If you put all the pressure on him the mental war the hate everything he will still clam he will still Self-confident
Well connor took a L , i want an apology for this video
Like little finger said. Visualize every battle in your mind and nothing will surprise you.
Should have visualized harder! 50 - 0!!!
*I thought Conor was going to absolutely destroy Floyd until I realized he can't kick, hit below the belt, pin people down or use his elbows. Rest in peace Conor McGregor.*
When it comes down to it, skill and experience usually tops charisma.
