My ex was way beyond "looking at porn now and then".. he would actively push me away/ refuse me, claiming to be too tired, often for months at a time, while sneaking off to "save" himself for enjoying porn after he thought I was asleep. He preferred it and was exclusive to it. It was crushing to my sense of my own ability to be attractive and desirable to a partner. My heart goes out to anyone going through that right now.

Omg.. my narc does the EXACT same thing!!!! Acts like he's asleep. Leaves me to myself hoping he'd put love on me. Touch me. But. No. When I end up walking out of the den room I go to bed" and as I'm laying there I hear him moving going on his phone & very lightly I can hear the porn.. he thinks he's slick but no..

@@racheljersey8247 so familiar to me: in the end he openly watched porn during day time, early evenings, in the middle of the night sounds on very loudly. It is what narcs do. They don't give a s..t about how their partners feel when they are like outsiders in their own marriage. Narcs search for pleasure 24/7 as they get bored very soon and can't face their own emptiness..so they sooth themselves with either porn, food, alcohol, drugs or all of them feeding each other and worsening their personality towards aggressive monster. My experience on my years long healing path is this: just run. Don't wait for your narc/addicted partner to ever change. It'll get only worse in time.

Been with mine for 14 years, psychopathic narcissist, addiction to porn, sex, drugs, alcohol you name it, cheating, lying constantly, also on dating and hook up apps/sites- and its not just women either. Hes made tons of references to wanting a 3way with another man and makes gay jokes (which of course arent actually jokes).. It's absolutely disgusting and I'm sad that other people are living this same misery. Though we take comfort in knowing were not alone and we're not crazy ❤

I'm married to a narcissist (figured it out a few months in), though he's at the softer end of the spectrum. I've learned over my lifetime that if someone cheats, whether physically, emotionally, or with p*rn, it is NOT the spouse's fault. I know I'm attractive, based on the unwanted attention I get. I know I'm an attractive person inside, and I know that even the hottest, freakiest women on earth get cheated on or dumped. I'm extremely sxual (always ready) and open to trying new things, so it's not a case of him going elsewhere for what he can't get from me. Whenever I accidentally catch him having "solo time," I just leave the room, laughing to myself at how pathetic it is.
It is NEVER your fault if someone cheats on you. It's their choice.

Very well put. This has been my experience with the narc husband of nearly 30 years. All my efforts and initiating made no difference. He was even too tired on our wedding night! I did question myself a lot at the start but as you said, it’s not our fault. The sad thing is for me is I’ve never had an affair despite no physical intimacy for 25 years. I’m still with him. I first Caught him looking at naked women on his phone a few years ago. He filters them and zooms in and out. Yuck! I feel sick. I’ve never said anything as I’m not actually bothered now. Unfortunatelly there are still therapists that don't understand narcisism at all. They tend to believe the narc. Theraphy doesn't fix them. It's better to go there by yourself and find mental strength to get rid of your abuser. Without theraphy it's hard cuz your so manipulated to think that you are nothing.
My ex told me that I could'n survive as a single..not able to keep even my car or live alone as I was never been alone. He wouldn't go to theraphy saying: how can a 3rd person know anything about our marriage and help us.

As the digital age started taking over and nothing physical was needed anymore, I’d check emails and see receipts for the XXX websites. Thinking back now, I should’ve checked those sites, but at that point and after finding so much already throughout the years, I just was so disgusted, I just wanted out. My ex husband went to the extreme of wanting a stripper for his 40th. If he didn’t get what he asked for he’d give me the silent treatment - for days. We worked in our family business and he basically forced me to order one for himself and the guys at work. She was only 18 and stripped completely nude and was all over him. It made me sick. He made me sick. Only one guy refused to be a part of “the show”. I left him not long after that. This was one event along with watching porn early many mornings thinking I didn’t know among the many other things he did in our marriage that I couldn’t live with any longer. And still denied he had an addiction.

My Narcissist ex told everyone I was a porn addict but He was not me! Everyone believed him! I lost all family and friends.

Sorry you experienced this. I can relate 100%, my ex husband did the same. People, many of them, believed him that I was the one with the addiction. The 3rd party abuse I experienced was horrendous which included family.

I have a question. I found out about an affair my husband had for 2 years. And what he will not give me an answer why he didn’t delete the messages even after it was over. I have been battling this for 2.5 years. And you might have Ana answer for me

He probably keeps the messages to remember the thrill he got from them at that time. It's like a thropy of conquering the person.

The Narcs partner knows the Narc, so the Narc goes after others that dont know them. That way the Narc creates the narrative and controls the narrative.

"It's not an affair, because there's not another real person involved."
Sooo... You're looking at another species? Not a human being?
Kinda, cuz the real thing takes actual effort. Actual emotion, actual empathy.

What about a single narcissist that doesnt want a partner …. Is porn still not ok?

That's perfectly fine. They need to stay with demons and not subject others to their abuse and neglect.

Cheating is different but how long do we wait until it's to late to see we need to help them... is not seeing text a sign or caught on porn. But we blame them and acknowledge the bad behavior...instead of treating the reasoning of Love to tell them they are not the problem or you. And it is a result of there journey to there and if any person will not fight them when they hide it and see what's really happening it should be there partner especially husband. To help encourage support to treat the healing and hold there hand no matter what lashing out they do and train new languages to help in seeing the trauma and not separate yourself and blame her but to say that you are on her side... It's like this is the test of life and is a part of relationships.... and we can't work and help eachother... but blame eachother... and say we loved them but still think they are to blame and then you separated patterned you sayn you love is alone still struggling with trauma and we justify are fillings of guilt... when that is the holyspirt convicting us... And then we say they are a narcissist... treat the trauma and men will win .....listen to you gut the holyspirt speaks to you....

Tbh sometimes I think about this, but sometimes it is just soooo difficult, I was willing to do this, but with him it’s impossible, trust me that I want to help but sometimes for me it’s too hard because “I am a normal person” and what he does with other women just disgusts me, I am going to therapy and I find it very helpful and also helps me to think how can I help him, as you say we should find a way to communicate but trust sometimes is just too hard that makes me wanna quit 🥺😥

I found to look at it differently now... There's nothing but the enemy that controls The person's bad choice..... The more you argue in fight, it will make it worse. So that's the first thing that you have to stop yourself from. Causing threats and fighting.. The next thing is to recognize this is a demon

    • @danadane9786
      @danadane9786 Год назад

And the choice you're making is to stay complete. It is easier to stay together because You know each other

Who shall we choose another partner who sleeps with more people... Another partner who I have to understand and get to know and fight with and get through battles... Or the person that god gave me .... God has given me this person in my life for ultimate reason. It is for me to forgive them and love them as much or more than jesus has done for me.... This is the only thing that I must do. And it is my biggest challenge that God gives me in life. It is my marriage partner.... That is my ultimate working for god.... God has this as my ultimate test.... The more I surrender to it, the more God has been. Blessing me with the Holy Spirit and gifts...... We have to get the other personality away from our partner... It comes from arguing and fighting threatening each other.... We have to be kind through all things. And the person we talk to, we have to get the real them and the honest person. To start communicating with us together... It sucks that the other person Could be an ass.... But they cannot fight against somebody that is so kind and praying for them

God Change this woman's heart With forgiveness and kindness let her speak good thoughts Better from you or not the enemy... Let her Words speak to her husband's heart and break him to come To be himself again... Allow her husband to Reject this enemy that is making him do bad things
