Thanks for the honest review Logan. I really appreciate that. I was looking forward to this vacuum because Dyson has been talking about it for so long. You are absolutely right - a good vacuum is fine but it needs a reliable robot to drive it around the house. I am very pleased with my Neato. It's 2 years old now. It's not the "connected" model, but it does a very good job. After watching your review I would buy another Neato as opposed to getting this money hungry Dyson. Thanks again.
ds99 dyson gets all their products hyped up so it seems like the best and puts a price tag on it that is to much then it should be. There are better and inexpensive vacuums out there better then dyson. Neato probably puts most of there money into the vacuum and not that much in advertising and that's why they are better.
Sorry to say that I changed my Dyson 360 for a XIAOMI Robot Vacuum. Dyson is * too high -> cannot work below furniture * needs lighted rooms (camera) * software sucks * battery is too small * costs about 3x of XIAOMI When running XIAOMI with an Android smart phone then install "App Translate" from Google Play Store and translate XIAOMI app from "simplified Chinese" to "English". Works like a charm.

Its a Dyson! Big bold claims as usual but in reality, its just average perhaps even below average.
