Brisket Flip Method | Pellet Grills

Over about 30 briskets i refined the process and tried different methods. Writing down ever method i tried and took the best parts of each cook. The goal was to get a fantastic brisket every time. Pellet grills can now have the same amazing color, bark and fat rendering as an offset smoke.
