The quality is insane. Those drone takes these legends, the map, woaw. RUclips algorythm is a mystery, everybody should have the chance to watch this. But at least you do this for you and your friends and family and they must be thrilled everytime you share a video with them ! I went to Mallorca in September, and was at Cala Sa Nau amongst others but didn't know about all these climbing spots (I should have). I'm so frustrated now haha. I liked and subscribed !
I spent a few days in Mallorca and did some light dws in Calo des Moro. This video inspired me to go back and send some new routes. Planning a trip asap!
Holy shit man. This video is PHENOMINAL !!!!!! Seriously, you must have put in a lot of work to make this! Bravo!! .....Submit this to an adventure film festival or something man. Well done.
Richtig schöne Eindrücke. Macht richtig Lust. Schönes Video und mir gefällt das Editing sehr. Die Lines mittels Farben darzustellen finde ich sehr gelungen. 😊
That's a really useful video... going to cala mitjana in around two weeks to try dws for the first time - sure got my guidebook, but this shows the routes from a great perspective... will be interresting to see if i can do any of the 6b+ routes. Indoor i have done up to 6c but not sure how this translates to real rock with a possible 6-10m fall ^^
My friend booked it. I think through booking.com. It was near Inca. But there are so many options for fincas and other accommodation on the island so should be easy to find something that fits your needs.
Great video you deserve more subs! The guy who climbed " The Might of the stalactite" looks really good, just by curiosity what grades does he climb on usually?
Generally no. Sometimes you can either jump in the water or downclimb. We used one at Cala Brava to lower camera gear and get out of the water. So it doesn’t harm to bring one, but at the popular places you should be fine without.
Man this is incredible, well done and thanks for sharing. I would really appreciate your advice and perspective on something... I'm heading to the island for a few days this summer and looking to try some DWS for a day or two. Now, I'm visiting with my gf who isn't much of a climber herself and I'm wondering if you could suggest one or two of the spots that are a good mix of intermediate DWS for myself (a 5c/6a climber ) and an area that she could relax in the water/ beach / rocks nearby? Based on your vid my guesses would be Cala Sa Nau or Cala Varques, what do you think? I feel like I need to try The Might of Stalactite , such a cool line! :)
Yeah, Cala sa nau has a small beach 10min walk from the climbing spot and the food at the beach bar is really great. Varques is bigger and has more options for non climbers to go in the water and explore the caves. Good mojitos at the small beach bar there 😉
Holy shit man this is awesome, mallorca on the list, what was that book that dude was looking at?I knew it was awesome for cycling but didn't realise it was this good for climbing to🙏🙏
Awesome quality video. I'm going to Mallorca in a few days and would like to try some easy, not too high deep water solo's. Any area you'd recommend? How did some of you chalk up after jumping in the water?
You definitely wanna bring liquid chalk. Bit pricy but worth it. Cala sa Nau has a couple easy routes and if you get bored you can just walk over to Cala Mitjana. Enjoy!
Hey There, I'm looking to go in September for 2 weeks. I was expecting to meet up with people at the crag but it could always be nice to have a chat and see the possibilities for a climbing holiday with the youtube crew :D
Have you tried the other side of Port de soller? There's great sport climbing there but down the slope there's huge potential for dws with really easy access but seen no topos or mention of routes
This is the best video I have seen from Mallorca Deep water soloing
Amazing content. Congrats
so helpful for planning my trip, Thank you mate
love the route overlays and map. Like a video guidebook. Thanks dude
I need friends who want to do fun stuff like this.
As the years go on, I feel the same.
Let us connect haha, same here
Me too, we should start a what's app group with people from every where in the world, so you always have someone to climb wherever you go
where do you live? :)
You’ll meet them there lol dive on in
The editing, music, scenery... Makes me want to go on holiday!!!! Ibiza is also great.
Legend! Thanks mate for making this, I am heading there in 2024 from the other side of the world, this has helped a lot!
How you only have 64 subscribers is criminal. The quality of your videos is amazing! What drone do you use?
Cheers Brotha! Highly appreciated!
I‘m using the Mavic 2 Pro. Really happy with how it flies and the color profiles.

Yeah, it did take a day or two to edit 😅
Great video & edit, I'm excited to go there too this summer
Thanks! You‘ll love it there. We‘re already planning DWS 2.0 ;)
Awesome video production.

How come youtube waited a year to recommend me your vid! This is awesome and so well produced! Gets me psyched!
Thanks Steffan! The RUclips algorithm shall remain a mystery ;)
Beautiful shots well edited love this
amazing video, thank you!
nice video
Absolutely stunning vistas
It’s such a beautiful island once you move away from the infamous tourist traps.
Amazing video. This convinced me to have a climbing holiday there soon! :D
Make sure to check out the beach bar. The food is so good!
Amazing work!!! Woooow 😅
Awsome video! Did you use the rock fax book to find all of the locations and routes?
Thanks 🙏. Yes, that‘s the one.

Really so cool!
Do you maybe have a link to the finca you were staying at?
That place looks incredible and I'm currently planning a DWS trip to Mallorca, as well!

do you need ropes? or are most of the approaches down to the water quite easy
epic video btw

Which spot was your favourite?

do you have a low - budget tip for such a climbing trip?
I very like this video, very good job! Congratulations! How much time you needed for the editing?
Thanks! It took me quite a while. Especially, the line animations because I had to track a lot manually.
@@TheSlipperySlope Oh my god! What did you use, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects?
Looking for some similar adventure next summer, who is in?
And incredible Video, thank you!!:)

13:47 at first a bit creepy but that desperate facial depression made it really relatable for me.
😂
Have you tried the other side of Port de soller? There's great sport climbing there but down the slope there's huge potential for dws with really easy access but seen no topos or mention of routes
No, we haven’t tried that side. I remember seeing something in the guidebook though.
Man the intro is insane
