Fab video.... and just to add, when the traffic is banned from Formentor in the summer months, there is a regular bus service to take you to the lighthouse, it's actually a more pleasant experience as you get to se it more or less traffic free, or there are plenty of places in Pollenca to rent a bike... or ebike which is really the best way to see it.

Thank you guys! So far the best video i've watched about Mallorca giving it the realistic behind the scene situations as well. As most would only show the beautiful quiet places and not noting the chaotic parts that can easily ruin one's holiday! Surprisingly for October visit as well.

We visited at the end of October, but must have coincided with the German half term based on horse busy it was!

As a local please stop overcrowding our island, it is impossible to live there anymore. Tourists and the government have ruined the island.

The locals are teachers, doctors, nurses etc. and we have to leave the island, the vast majority do not live from tourism. It is also very frustrating to see how our culture and dialect is being lost to tourism.

Sadly no where is a hidden gem now thanks to RUclips and Instagram.
You are not helping the island with this kind of videos. You are showing to all the few places that the mallorquinians we have to enjoy quite and calm without massive amount of people. Locals are exhausted about massive tourism, causing increases in costs and impossibilities to live in our place without expending the 70% of our salaries in rent... Enjoy the island until destroy it and then search for another place to destroy it again…a vicious circle…
Stop ruining the island with tourism.
