That aspect of it shocked me a little in this one. Fitting to introduce him in this episode with a scene where he shoots a witness. Same as Rogue One! Great episode
So far above the rest of Disney Wars. Fett, kenobi, mando 3, and ahsoka fell so hard in so many places. The attention to detail, the acting, the writing. Brasso is the man
That guard dies because he hits his head hard on the floor - it’s a great sign of the realism of this show, that people die from pretty mundane causes. Not to give you any spoilers for later! I don’t understand how people can call it slow when it starts off with such a brutal action sequence. And every subsequent scene and line of dialogue has a purpose for the longer term. Enjoy the journey. I absolutely love this series.
This is a phenomenal series and I'm so glad for you finally getting to experience it. Enjoy the ride! One of the things I love best about it is how small things add up. If the young overzealous security officer had just gone along with his older and more experienced CO (who was 100% correct in both his assessment of the situation and how to respond), it's quite possible none of the events of this series would have happened.
Take note of something: This is the first time that "BBY" has ever been acknowledged in Star Wars, officially, on screen. Timeline wise, this season takes place around the same time that "Rebels" season 1 takes place. Season 2 is expected to have time jumps, and cover 4 BBY up to the events of Rogue One. 5:30 - Meet B2-EMO. The newest cute droid.
It only gets better and better. Specially the end of each arc. They always takes the time for you to CARE about the characters and the situations, so at the end of each arc, there is more tension even in dialogue than you get in any fight scene of Ahsoka, Obi Wan and Boba Fett combined.
I'm so glad you're doing this one, Topness! 💎 It's the most adult, most complex, most nuanced STAR WARS series yet. I hope you'll love it as I do. I think you should be watching them in arcs of three... that's how they're roughly structured (to get climaxes). Since you're watching them one-at-a-time, just be patient... it's gonna payoff.
Phenomonal series. My favorite bit is that the Chief Inspector totally called what happened and just wants to brush it under the rug. It makes the villains in the story competent and not a bunch of bungling fools that the Rebels seem to just roll over. Very refreshing. And they're not even Imperials Just a security corporation!.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, new Andor reactor! I'm excited for your journey through this truly AMAZING series! It starts off a tad slow, but there's no waste, and the show just keeps building through to the end. 💖
That seems to be a common feeling that the first few are slow. If a slow episode has Cassian shooting an unarmed person in the face point blank, then I believe I will really love it! Lol
At last, my absolute favorite live action Star Wars media to exist! The first two episode are a bit tedious to get through, but after that it really starts picking up and doesn’t back down
The first dude could die because the shot from the blaster rebounced and cassian also hit him pretty strong to the head, not the nose. Also Andor is top tier quality tv and easily best sw ever made.
yeah, the series has some good moments but it's pretty boring to be honest,, lots of cool Easter eggs, but yeah, they were lucky they got 12 episodes for the season would've been nice if the other Star Wars series would get that type of treatment. Anyway, if you noticed the timestamp in the first episode, it's 5BBY... same exact year those Wookies are saved in the first episode of rebels
As an OT elitist, I can comfortably say that this show is the greatest piece of Star Wars media ever.
omg im so excited for you to start these series, for me it was so different and refreshing to see a more dark/adult oriented star wars show
That aspect of it shocked me a little in this one. Fitting to introduce him in this episode with a scene where he shoots a witness. Same as Rogue One! Great episode
Let's go!!! I've been looking forward to this, our long awaited show has come at last.
So far above the rest of Disney Wars. Fett, kenobi, mando 3, and ahsoka fell so hard in so many places. The attention to detail, the acting, the writing. Brasso is the man
Oh shit we're doing this!

I know right! It was brutal, and great

I loved the scene where he was asked if he modified his uniform. Hilarious!

They really need to start including the BBY in all live action
@@Rocco1332 Except they don't, most don't even know what it means.

Yesss that's what I said too, I'm so excited
@@nick3327 Cheers, Nick! 🍻
I think I’ll do the rewatch in arcs like you describe at least. I can already tell I’m going to really like this one!
@@TopnessReactions I'm so glad to hear that, Topness! 🍻
This and Rogue One are my two favourite stories from the Star Wars Universe.
Oh wow. You're watching Andor. I am incredibly excited.
Whow! You started Andor! Amazing! Welcome back. I love this show very much. Glad to see You again.
Not all who wander are lost, lol. It’s good to be back
Aragorn? Is it from L.O.T.R.? Yes, it's good to be back. I'm happy for it. I am so looking forward to Your next reactions. This show is so good.

Do note the the season finale is the only episode with an after credits scene.
YES! This is the best Star Wars show out Imo. 1-3 is a little slow, but it is also setting everything up. So freaking good.
Timeline-wise, Andor Season 1 takes place before and during early Rebels Season 1.
At last, my absolute favorite live action Star Wars media to exist!
The first two episode are a bit tedious to get through, but after that it really starts picking up and doesn’t back down
I love the look of it! Already hooked with this one episode.
The first 2 are more of a set up, backstory for Andor. Later stuff wouldn't hit as hard without it.
YESSS FINALLY!! Please upload more if you can I love your vids so much l!
Oh man, I am so excited for you to see this. I’ve been waiting for you to get to it. It’s so incredible
Good to have you back!
He died from the punch to the throat. ✌
A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one

My favorite show, but did we get robbed of the Bad Batch?
Lol no, but other things been taking my time lately. Will have next TBB up next!
@TopnessReactions Andor is the only Star Wars show that feels like I'm IN the universe. Definitely my favorite.
Bad Batch robbed us of an actual good services that could've been made instead of that.
Ur in for a ride
Turn on the Subtitles! You get a lot more of it.
