Wakad is already developed. There is hardly any land parcels left to see future? Only wakad on the left side of Highway bordering Tathawade has open land parcels which will be mostly utilised for tech parks.

i am getting 30k for my 2bhk and 23k for my 1bhk in phase 3...so the rentaks are as good as phase 1... water is supllied by tanker in all of hinjewadi as ther is no pipeline.. and the price have doubled in 3 years and will double more in coming years as phase 4 5 are sanctioned too..and metro is upcoming !..
There will be no phase 4 or 5 as beyond phase 3 there are hills. Mostly adjoining areas like Nande, Chande, Mhalunge will get developed eventually. Water is going to be big issue until all those localities gets merged into PCMC
