I thought Arc was a good browser until I used it for school. Now it's a must have. There are so many reasons why this is the perfect browser for a student.

@@dragons10000 Creating a space for each of my classes allows all the tabs in that space to remain on topic. I can then jump between work on different classes without having to spend so much time managing tabs.
I can also pin canvas to the top of each space for that class so I'm not constantly jumping around the site.
There are a bunch of other reasons too but these two make being a student so much easier.

Why don’t just use workspaces in Edge, or group tabs in chrome or edge?

I've had Arc all year, since the Beta. It's been a great experience using it!
This is what I'm talking about when I in the previous ad-thing recommended you *actually* show something that truly demonstrate the value proposition of Arc in a substantial way!
Even better would be something like an informercial dedicated to the tabs, more in depth. But I understand how that can be tricky, but I think it's important. Think about how when people finally bought the iPhone they already knew how to use it because they'd seen all the informercials (commercials that are instructionals). You need this here as well, because Arc is *great*, but it does have a learning curve.
What if... this was on Windows?!

I love watching arc evolve and grow. I think one of the biggest challenges you’ll have is finding comprehensive ways to explain that it’s not 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 a chrome alternative but that it does so much more. Can’t wait to watch it all come together.

I got an idea that I don't know if implemented since I am waiting for the windows app and android. How about limiting procrastination and time waste by blocking certain websites in a workspace when u press on focus mode.this allows for also staying in the locked workspace. Then u also have a streak with points where u can compete with others.
U don't just need to have a physical space that is just for studying or working (deep work), i.e. Ur desk instead of bed. But also a digital workplace that is intended for deep work.
Sounds good, except maybe not the points. That just doesn't seem like arc.

Honest review, it is hands down the best browser for students. Ease of use, customizability, creative expression, multitasking arc covers it all!!
Firefox with tree style tabs plugin do it many years. There can be an infinite number of levels of nesting tabs, not just one level.
And with one level of nesting, as in Ark, the Edge browser has existed for a long time
My online life is just as chaotic as my real life.
Already my favorite browser on Mac, can't wait for it to launch on Windows

Love Arc. One request tho. Can it have custom wallpaper like themes. It will look specially nice when no tabs are open.
Would love a combination of horizontal and vertical split screen. Eg: Left pane youtube, right top something else, right bottom something else.
I swear to god i used arc today and as a university student its so freaking tidy it makes me productive as hell

I love you guys so much you’re the best browser ever made but you haven’t solved the tab overload problem (for me). I still open 500 tabs… I don’t think folders / saved tabs are the best solution because imagine going through 500 tabs to curate which you want to save now and in which folder … but I have no idea what the best solution would be
I’m sure this is just my problem though, I prioritize voracious exploration above all so it probably works for most people but not me

Sideberry and Tabbie are a good start. I have a lovely auto-collapsing side panel that nests and can be set to auto-collapsing trees but honestly I'm okay with this - what arc is doing intrigues me, but Firefox just performs too well. I have had 80 tabs in FF with no issues and open up Unity or Unreal and no issues. Open up just Edge with 7 tabs and my computer starts screaming. I have a freaking 3090, 7800, and 64GB of RAM. There's nothing about this PC that should have Edge making it scream. And frankly on a moral stance I don't want to give Chrome more market share. Firefox is fantastic and I'd rather have seen Arc, Edge, Vivaldi, Brave, Opera GX, and so on have embraced Firefox. No idea why they thought that giving Google more power was the best step forward -_-
I think I need turn off notif for you till the windows version comes out I literally feel so jealous that after so long its still not available on windows give me atleast an unstable beta I am happy with that😭😭😭😭

Arc being only for Mac is like Safari being only for Mac.
I love Arc for mac for personal use, but I have to use Windoes for school, where Arc is buggy past usable. I cant even search anything with it because of what appears to be a bug with the reccomendations system

I have literally 200 RUclips tabs opening. It used to be 500 but the browser crashed after not closing the browser and the laptop for 1 month straight
