This video is really so so useful sir.🙌🏻 Literally 5 mins back I was discussing the same thing with one of my colleagues.
These topics are so important to be discussed, thank you for clarifying this misconception that we all have especially as a beginner in the industry. Looking forward to more such videos🙌🏻

Hi, I found your videos by accident and I am SO glad I did. I'm currently navigating redundancy and am dealing with all the complex feelings that come with it, e.g., feeling like I don't have a lot of "sexy" experiences that make me employable to bigger companies. I realised now that I've done things for my previous companies that I can definitely carry forward - at the heart of it, I solved problems, and the process is only a tool towards the solution. This was encouraging! Thanks so much.

Im so happy to read this. When I made this, all I had in my mind was - even if I can get just one person out of their unnecessary insecurity and make them focus on what is important, the purpose of this video is achieved! So thank you in return for expressing this!

So it bascially means that you are present their for making UX good and not follwing the processes just because the process looks overwhelming or somewhat we might not actually be able to implement it ino real lives , rather an alternative derived through the same process.
