Miku ( the singer) is one of the most amazing and driven people on the planet! No one works harder! No one is smarter. Always upbeat and positive. Don't think the possibility of failing at anything even occurs to her. She decided she was going to be a rock star. The fact that she couldn't play an instrument or have a band where only minor inconveniences to her. Great reaction! 😊😎🤘✌️❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Miku singing lead here is not the bands lead singer, that is Saiki who has a naturally deeper and more powerful voice, more suited to a rock lead. I don't like to call Miku a backing singer because she is so much more than that, singing dual vocals with Saiki for much of the time and a lot more besides. The drummer, Akane, is providing the backing vocals here and she never normally sings. Even Misa on Bass was persuaded to sing backing as well on a couple of songs and Kanami the lead guitarist did the same on a few songs which is always a treat as she also has a beautiful voice. And they are 5.

As I told one reactor who I shall not name, Miku is a Secondary Lead Vocalist in addition to singing backing vocals with counter melodies, and blending her voice with Saiki's. Many times to get the FULL power of the vocals, you need Miku. Her blending with Saiki makes the vocals much thicker and powerful.

Band Maid has is musically light years from where they started. I would say that vocally, they have made strides equally if not more than musically. When I first heard their earlier music Miku was obviously accompanying Seiko, not always singing harmonies. Sometimes it was hard for me to distinguishing between them. Also, Miku many times used a vocal enhancer on her vocal mic underneath her normal vocals with a much lower range than her normal singing voice. This actually really went on to give Band Maid a really unique quality to their vocals. I have always thought that Miku absolutely ruled when it came to what I call "power harmonies"that really amped up Sieki's vocals as well as their choruses. As of late in their newer music, more and more, there is more trading vocals back and forth within in songs that displays each of their unique voices. To me Miku has completely risen to equal musical prowess as her incredibly talented Band Maid. As I have been seeing more of Misa and Akane singing and adding their voices in the mix, I would love to see them all singing. I would love to hear all of them trading off vocals and some songs with 5 part harmony. If their approach to vocals becomes more adventurous, I would love for their vocals to be as adventurous as their musicianship. If they can pull that off, I guarantee that their world domination is within a whisker away 😊

@@scottmcgregor4829 You were aware that all of the Ladies contribute vocals for the backing tracks, right? I'm not trying to be a horses hind end, some people don't know that all 5 Ladies sing for the backing tracks they use in concert. It's just that Akane, MISA and Kanami have difficulties playing their instruments and singing at the same time, which is why Kanami sings backing vocals so rarely.

@@greylocke100 I kind of figured that. Yes I have seen back vocal credits. I am saying that I would like to see them more upfront and obvious. Earlier photos show Akane drumming with a boom vocal mic that she appears to be singing live. As I have heard some people say, learning to play an instrument can be difficult. When singing and playing, it doubles the difficulty.

@@scottmcgregor4829 Akane has done backing vocals before as has MISA. Akane did backing vocals during their European tour when they didn't have a good enough system in place for backing tracks.
Also during one of their Dallas shows the computer just defecated the bed and they simply stuck a mic on MISA's stand and pulled Akane's mic forward (she usually has one over and behind her left shoulder) and they went on with the concert. There were a few errors made though and the Ladies HATE making mistakes.

Thanks for revisiting BAND-MAID. You picked an excellent performance this time. Here's a fun fact: This is just the rhythm section of the band. Isn't that crazy? A band so talented they can have the lead singer and the lead guitarist sit out for a few songs and sound better than most bands at full capacity. Just... wow! It helps when your drummer is so good even Jimmy Page singles her out for praise. Then there's MISA on the bass; she is unrivaled not matter the technique she's using. And then there's the master entertainer Miku. She couldn't even play guitar when she started this band. Now look at her soar! 🕊

It's also cool to hear Akane's beautiful backing vocals while she's trying so hard not to crush her kit. Miku is the founder and became the backup singer and learned how to play guitar after picking Saiki to be lead singer who has a voice suited for rock. Kanami the composer/lead guitar taught her how to play. Saiki and Kanami aren't in this particular video.

The band has five members so this only 3/5 of the band. Miku is the band founder and working in a maid cafe at the time and is the rock behind everything they do. She coudn't play guitar when she formed the band and was taught by Kanami the lead guitarist, so she has come a long way musically. Mind you it helps to be backed by probably one of the best rhythm sections around right now.

I'm sure this has already been mentioned. But I'm so intrigued that your second vocal listen to Band-Maid is from Miku. The founder, second vocalist, lyricist, rhythm guitar and spokespigeon of the band. I can't wait until you hear the amazing voice of Saiki, the lead singer, which Miku complements so well. Oh your journey has only just begun. And to think you've only really heard 3/5ths of the band. What a cool way to be introduced to our Maids. Have fun falling down the pigeonhole. It's a fun ride.

    They are a quintet.
This performance is from a special pandemic Christmas show. Thus the “reindeer theme” personal outfits instead of our maids normal costumes.
During the Christmas “serving” the maids preformed in various configurations, from songs with all 5 of them to performances with only 2. I imagine one of the Maidiacs will provide a breakdown of the songs and lineup used in that show.
    Band-Maid Members
    (Simple Version)
    - [ ] Miku (ME-coo) - Rhythm Guitar, Second Vocals
    - [ ] Misa (ME-sah) - Bass
    - [ ] Akane (AH-kah-nay) - Drums
    - [ ] Kanami (Kah-NAM-e) - Lead Guitar
    - [ ] Saiki (Psyche) - Vocals
This song Sayonkadori (Nightingale) featured band founder and “second” vocalist/rhythm guitarist Miku Kobato (the small pigeon, po!), Akane Hirose on drums/backing vocals and MISA (just Misa) on the 5-string bass.
Primary vocalist Saiki and lead guitarist Kanami sat this one out. They performed 2 songs together by themselves (before or after, I don’t remember).
I do know of no better rock band on planet earth 🌍 today than Band-Maid. They are extraordinary in all aspects of “rock music” - they just get it - in the tradition of the great bands like Led Zeppelin, Santana, CCR, Rush, Yes, The Who, etc…they are that good, imho.
    Next, I recommend:
    - “Wonderland” - official live video
This song is a showcase for Saiki’s vocals and a subtle & sublime masterpiece of instrumentation
Some standard songs for reactions include:
    - “Domination” - official live video
    - “Freedom” - official live video
    - Manners/Black Hole” - official live video
    - “No God” - official live video
Take care and enjoy your journey down the “pigeon hole”. 😎

This song is from 2021 Xmas day online acoustic concert. This entire concert was exceptional. 14 songs in total and very creative in how they arranged the songs and performed it with the various combinations of the band members. Simply mind blowing in how they were able to re-arrange songs that I would never have imagined could be performed acoustically.
Manners / Black Hole on Band-Maid's official YT channel will be an interesting one for you to react to. It's taken from another online concert and I think the band coupled these two songs in one video to showcase their very wide range in musical styles, with Manners being a bluesy classic rock sound and Black Hole being a 220bpm masterpiece of organized chaos. I'd be very interested to hear your take on thees two songs because I think both the main and backup vocals on both of these tracks work together so well in two songs from opposite ends of the spectrum.

Valerie -- In case you didn't see this before (has their names, etc.): Welcome aboard! You are embarking on (along with many others - 147 million YT views plus over 30 million reactor plays!) an awesome, progressive, hard-rock journey with 5 incredible women. Here's my intro blurb for those who may be new to Band-Maid:

BAND-MAID’s songs and sound beat with the heart and soul of all rockers. But you’ll also hear heavy influences of Prog, Punk, Metal and Pop, with nice touches of Blues, Jazz, Funk and Grunge. Sometimes they use multiple genres within the same song. Their Composition, Execution, Joy of Playing, Consistency (124 songs with their new album “Unleash” dropping September 21, 2022), Uniqueness, Charisma, Charm and, oh yeah, Cuteness factor, position them as becoming the hard rock Beatles of our time! In other words, they’re destined for mega-stardom.
Each member's personalities are super interesting and their musicianship among the best. Their writing, arrangements and overall sound, especially guitar tones and drums, are kick-ass! Having seen them LIVE, I can honestly say their performance, sound, stage appearance, and band synergy is off-the-rails spectacular!
Band-Maid is the only band in decades where I love nearly EVERY song they’ve done. I have over 70 favorites! "Thrill" (2014) is a great place to start: ruclips.net/video/Uds7g3M-4lQ/видео.html Their later songs from albums Unseen World, Conqueror, World Domination, Just Bring It, Brand New Maid, and New Beginning drive even more - Warning, No God, Different, Black Hole, Sense, Rinne, Blooming, Moratorium, Domination, Clang, Dice, Spirit, Don’t You Tell Me, Turn Me On, Fate, Play, Hide-And-Seek, Secret My Lips, Puzzle, Glory, Choose Me, I Can’t Live Without You, and on and on.
But don’t miss out on their powerful, beautifully written, mid-tempo songs like Daydreaming, About Us, Anemone, Endless Story, PAGE, At The Drop Of A Hat, Mirage and Smile... or more punky like After Life, Don’t Let Me Down and Screaming… or funky like Bubble… or bluesy like Manners and The Dragon Cries… or poppy like Start Over… or a bit jazzy like Wonderland… or progressive like No God, Giovanni, and Black Hole… or cultural like the Band-Maiko series… or instrumentals like Don’t Be Long, Onset, Without Holding Back and Going Nuts… or their many acoustic versions like Catharsis and Sayonakidori.
And many songs are represented with over 40 well produced music videos. ruclips.net/user/BANDMAID
Most performances should be experienced from their LIVE audience & online OKYU-JI concerts:
     ONLINE OKYU-JI (Feb. 11, 2021) “No God” ruclips.net/video/nAdWnIRjGak/видео.html
 Tokyo's LINE CUBE SHIBUYA on February 14th “Domination” ruclips.net/video/QbyQCJn6rYg/видео.html
     ZEPP 2018 “Real Existence” ruclips.net/video/-qQnKILR5u0/видео.html
 Shinkiba Studio Coast 2017 (Full concerts from the last two songs are on bandmaidprime.tokyo and DVD/BD/CD)
And some of the better quality 2019 tour Fan vids are excellent. Here’s two of what it’s like to see Band-Maid LIVE at super intimate venues:
 Taken by Vladimir Chupin in Hamburg: ruclips.net/video/__1th7ctgMo/видео.html
     And by JOSER8845 in LA: ruclips.net/video/usWZvlGGDSs/видео.html.
If you like Band-Maid, make sure to support them by purchasing some concert tickets, CD, DVD/BD & Merch, etc. bandmaid.tokyo
Like most Band-Maid songs, I like them from the get-go but really start to appreciate them after more hearings and seeing their LIVE videos. I'll go back and see an older song like YOLO, Order, Shake That, Freezer, Before Yesterday, Real Existence, Non Fiction Days and Alone, etc. and realize there's no band that can consistently construct and play like Band-Maid.
For fun, check out an awesome, little known "Mega Band-Maid Mix" by DJ Ray of some of their earlier stuff: facebook.com/djrayboston/videos/1004709499579009
    Band-Maid Members:
Saiki Atsumi (Sy-i-Key or Psyche) “Ice Queen" - Lead vocals, arrangements and melodies. At 28 and the youngest, “Sensei” (Teacher) as band members call her, has the last word on many musical decisions. High-heels or sneakers, Sai-chan’s smile melts away her sometimes perceived, coldish persona. Saiki’s powerhouse performances, charisma, and voice focus the experience that’s driven her to the top echelon of hard rock frontwomen... or frontmen!
Miku Kobato (Me-Ku) "Small Pigeon" - Rhythm guitar, vocals, lyricist, 30 years old. “Koba”, as Saiki calls her, is the Band founder and a firecracker MC & PR SpokesPigeon, po! Her “Magic Spell Time” charm and energy ignite the room. Kuruppo! No, no, no… KURUPPO!!
Kanami Tono (Ka-Na-Me) “Princess” - Lead guitar, keyboards, 30 years old, is a prolific writer of most Band-Maid material. Kanami (translates “Song Wave”) is a possessed riff-slayer who’s so damn adorable it hurts. The only thing you want from Mincho is more!
Akane Hirose (A-Ka-Nay) "Gorilla" - Drums, 31 years old, band energizer & co-clown with MISA. Achi’s talents include massive consumption of noodles and bananas, of course, (even during performance!) while revolutionizing rock drumming with relentless drive, dynamics and the kick. This “DrumZilla” is the Party!
MISA (Me-Sa) "Barefoot Assassin" - Bass, 29 years old. An alluring free spirit driving her 5-string to rapturous low-ends while pulling off surprising counter leads with Kanami, off-stage MISA is the band’s goofball ballerina. Sometimes seen as the Mysterious One because she lets her instrument do the talking, the Assassin literally kills it… every note... uniting Band-Maid’s world-class rhythm section. A slug of JB, a slight grin, and let the slappin’ begin… MISA! MISA! MISA!
Maidiacs (Maid-e-acts) - Band-Maid’s crazed yet supportive, knowledgeable and loyal Super Fans.
    [BAND-MAID NEWS]
 BAND-MAID PRIME - Special Video Distribution Website. Along with nearly 50 great play-through’s by each member, concerts and skits, Band-Maid management / label(s) have included the ZEPP 2018 and Shinkiba Studio Coast 2017 concerts! Fans can now see more than 50 great live performances with awesome audio, etc. like Fate, I Can't Live Without You and the great MISA / Kanami exchange in Don't You Tell Me. Those concerts are two of the best produced & performed concerts ever recorded, IMO. bandmaidprime.tokyo
 Got your tickets yet? BAND-MAID's 8 state, 11 gig USA tour is SOLD OUT! HOWEVER, they just added two more venues in New Jersey Oct. 30 (4,000 seats), and Chicago, Nov. 1. KOBATO (“Tiny Pigeon”) was an Idol Pop singer when she had the inspiration to form a band that dresses like waitresses at at maid cafe and played “cool music.” She eventually recruited SAIKI, a stronger singer, to realize a “twin vocal concept.” He vocals are sometimes higher, sometimes lower than SAIKI. In a few songs KOBATO trades lead with SAIKI, in others she sings solo.

Lovely reaction, Valerie. Band-Maid is a 5-piece, lead guitar and lead vocals sat out this song. The Christmas 2021 online concert was outside-the-lines for Band-Maid in many ways. One is the variety of combos they performed some songs in. Playing acoustic is obvious but you'll notice they're not in their maid outfits. Also Akane(drums) and MISA(bass) provided some backing vocals, unusual for them live although they're often on the album tracks. Yay! You finally got to hear their real music from their own official videos!! The cute part though, is that the singer here (Miku) is not even the main lead singer of Band-Maid. That honour goes to Saiki. That's not to take away anything from Miku's performance. She is good enough to be the lead singer actually. Miku voluntarily conceded that lead vocalist position in order to get someone with a voice more suited for the rock songs they wanted to dish out. That's how they got our beloved Ice Queen Saiki.
Now, all we have to do if find a song where Saiki is on lead. I believe you would do an excellent job breaking down Saiki's vocals when you get to react to her. Anyone want to throw out suggestions? I'm personally dropping "Domination" into this hat for starters.

Great reaction...:) Miku (vo here) is the founder of BM... She originally conceived of hewrself as lead singer but realized the band need a mor powerful voice, so she changed the lineup to include Saiki...she was thinking about dual lead vocals but in the mix they drop Miku so far back sometimes you can hardly hear her... Buit when you do, it is interesting to hear what they do with the two...as someone noted Saiki is usally lower and Miku high, but there's one or two songs they reverse that!
At this point I'm convinced she is some bodhisttva or something...Red Tara...lol How else to explain her genius? So, you mentioned jazz...Miku has here side project Cluppo (into pronoiunced something like Karuuppo in English, meaning small pigeon (dove?) in Japanese... SHe released her mini-album this year and there a's a jazzy track on it...the whole record is amazing...she explores every genre I swear... People tends to forget that Miku 'chose' to have Saiki as the main vocalist for Band-Maid, not because she couldn't sing but because Saiki's timbre suited better their hard rock/metal style. But at the same time, I think Miku has a wider range than Saiki, getting really low or really high (where she shines).
Another funny song with Miku on lead would be "Rock in me", a more interesting twin vocal track could be "Blooming" and then, to see how different both vocalist are, "Manners" live.
Thanks for reacting to this song, which was my favorite of the album (Unseen World)

Don't let the "flack" get you down. There's always That One Guy. Honest reviews are fine and if you feel a certain way about a band or a performance, I personally prefer an honest opinion. Band-Maid is great but not quite the second coming of classic rock that some of the fans seem to feel they are. Their style ranges all over from hard rock, to a more progressive rock, to a poppy punk sound, to almost speed metal and even more bluesy rock. Check out their studio live video of Manners and Black Hole (two songs) to get an idea of their range.

This was a beautiful concert...on Christmas Day no less. Another streamed tender song, back to Saiki on lead vocal, is the 'About Us' Live video...a love letter to the fans they are missing because of the pandemic. Not just the vocals singing...MISA's bass singing melodically too.

Would love to hear what you've got to say about Rainych Ran's covers to some of legendary city pop songs (Plastic Love, Ride On Time) and she's got some rap gene in her also 😉

What a great voice & a great band performance. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Just a reminder Valerie to react to Amira’s performance of « Sound of Music « medley when she was 15. I’ve just listened to Julie Andrews, & Amira is a full octave above this original score.
    I’m sure you’ll love it.
    Cheers Graeme

When harmonizing with Saiki, Miku will often song in a higher register. Occasionally in a lower one. Her normal one is actually quite similar.

According to a few different sources, Saiki the Primary Lead Vocalist is an Alto, while Miku, the Secondary Lead Vocalist (Co-Lead), is a Mezzo Soprano, and from a comment I read monday or tuesday, I think, Akane and Kanami are both Soubrette Soprano's and MISA was mentioned to be a Lyric Soprano. I am NOT 100% on that as I haven't been able to confirm it as of yet. About Saiki and Miku though, many, MANY, people have stated their range.
As for Band-Maid's Genre, their genre is Band-Maid. There is no other band that sounds like them.
And this performance was filmed at the Grand Oriental Minatomirai in Yokohama. It is a large event hall used for wedding receptions, proms etc.
Akane and MISA rarely perform backing vocals normally, although they do sing for the band's backing tracks. They have stated that they find it difficult to sing and play their instrument at the same time, which is why Kanami also rarely sings, although her microphone is usually used to trigger the vocal backing tracks where there is crowd participation. There are a few songs where she DOES sing backing vocals plus trigger the backing vocal track.
    And since you are new to the Ladies, I will give you the Band Maid Info Dump;
Band Maid was started in 2013 by Miku Kobato. At the time she had just left the Idol Group, Lil Cumin and she didn't like the type of music she had been performing. She approached her management agency with the idea of making an actual band playing rock music but dressed as maids. She had worked in a Maid Cafe and thought the image of maids playing rockin music would create what she called "The Gap" between what you see and what you hear. The Management company was like Ok, go ahead.
Miku then looked around and found Kanami a singer/songwriter who was posting her own videos on the internet. Miku contacted her and Kanami thought the idea was cool and agreed to join. Miku then asked if Kanami knew a drummer who might be interested. Kanami had worked with Akane in the past and literally walked over to Akane's apartment and asked her. Akane was actually hesitant as she had worked in an "All Girl Group" before and didn't enjoy it as it wasn't the type of music she wanted to play. After hearing a Demo, Akane was like ok, but was still slightly hesitant because of the "Maid Outfits", but she agreed to give it a try. Akane was asked if she knew a bass player and she had gone to Tokyo School of Music with MISA and had worked a couple of jobs with her. So Misa was contacted and after she heard a demo she was like I like the music, but she also was hesitant about the "Maid Outfits", but she relented and joined in as she really wanted to play the kind of music she heard in the demo.
Now we have the "Core" members. I'm not too sure about the part but if I am wrong other Maidiacs will correct me in the comments. The 4 members worked out some songs and a setlist and from my understanding, they had actually performed 2 or 3 times with just Miku on main vocals. I may be wrong on that so don't take that as canon. Miku after those performances felt that her voice wasn't powerful enough to really perform the songs she wanted. So she approached her management company again and asked if they had any singers who weren't in other projects.
Saiki was signed to the same management company and had done some work as a backup singer and dancer and was asked if she would be interested in auditioning for this new group which currently had 4 members and she would be the fifth. (I'm not sure about this part as I can't find the comment I read over on Reddit) She had been a member of a group with 8 other people and HATED it. So she listened to the demo and thought "Cool" because she liked the music.
Now we come to the tricky part. Miku KNEW that if Saiki was told about the "Maid Outfits" she would say NO WAY!, so they didn't tell her. They told her they would have "Cool Clothes", and she never met Miku until a few days before they had a contracted performance. She wasn't told about the "Maid Outfits" until I believe it was 2 days before the performance, and she had considered backing out, but she had signed the contract.
So the Ladies, went and did the performance and Saiki really, REALLY liked the crowds reaction and the music they were performing. She DIDN'T like the apron she wore so it got ditched after the first performance.
And you now have the beginnings of the BEST LIVE HARD ROCK BAND in the WORLD!
    ALL HAIL BAND MAID!!!!!
Now that we have the Full band, it was felt that there needed to be a second guitar. Saiki was like, "Not Me, No Way." So Miku said, "I'll do it.", at first that was literally all she did, was hold the guitar and mime playing it, until Akane said, if you are going to hold it, you NEED to learn to play it. And Miku said, "Ok.", and Kanami started to teach Miku how to play. The Ladies released their first album in 2014 "Maid in Japan" which only charted to #26 in Japan.

Then in 2015 they released "New Beginning"
On New Beginning was the song that changed Band Maid's entire existence. "Thrill"...
The band was getting ready to release their first music video and the choice was between "Love, Passion, Matador" and "Thrill" and the ladies chose Thrill.
This became the seminal moment of Band Maid. Because their second album hadn't even charted, the record company was seriously considering disbanding the Ladies and switching them to other projects. (In fact they had Kanami and Akane work with Mochi to Cheese thinking that when Band Maid cratered they could use them in another band). However about 6 months after the video's release, a Facebook page "JRock Radio" posted the video to their timeline. And the video went viral. Having over a million views in just a few short weeks. The Ladies Twitter page got so many hits they thought their page had been hacked. Their RUclips channel also started getting more and more subscribers and views to Thrill.
Now the ladies knew where their fans wanted them to go. Harder Rock, less pop. And history was Maid.
The following info is from a comment left by RUclips user @DanW60
Thrill was from their album New Beginning which was released in November, 2015. They didn't write any of the songs or lyrics on the album and it was only 33 minutes. As mentioned, Miku didn't even know how to play guitar at the time. The album went nowhere in Japan and their small label called Gump was about to drop them. Gump's plan was to keep Miku and Saiki as a singing and dancing duo and let the rest go. Then a miracle happened. The music video for Thrill became a huge hit on RUclips, especially in the west. Band-Maid was saved and they changed labels to Crown Stones (a sub-label to a really big Japanese media company called Nippon Crown). Their 2016 album, Brand New maid, peaked at #19 on the Japanese charts but only one song was written by Kanami and it was only 31 minutes in length. Finally, in January 2017, they released the album Just Bring It which was a full album at 50 minutes. More importantly, 9 of the 13 songs were written by Kanami. In my opinion, it was the first true Band-Maid album. The album got as high as #16 in Japan and also charted in the UK. The next 3 albums - World Domination, Conqueror and Unseen World - all charted top 10 in Japan and charted overseas. All the songs were written by Kanami. She is the one that has pushed Misa and Akane to be as good as they are now, and also very successfully taught Miku to play guitar.

Miku is the second vocalist for the band. They *are* a hard rock band, but they are also multifaceted. I suspect you will be more of a fan of their softer side. Try Wonderland live next.

They will be touring the US in October 2022, and all sold-out, less NJ and Houston, I think. They are a 5-piece and Sai-ki (lead V) and Ka-na-mi (Lead G) were taking a pee break during this song, Po! Try Wonderland official live. It highlights their Jazz upbringing and Sai-ki's voice.Great reaction!

The band has five members, but this was a special Christmas acoustic show, so they used different outfits (not dressed as maids) and they had a few songs where only 2, 3, or 4 of them would play, just to shake things up! Other commenters have already mentioned it, but Miku (who is singing here) is normally the backing vocalist.

It's nice to see Akane (Drummer) doing backing vocals for Miku which is the bands normal backing singer...Don't see that at all till now. I've seen Kanami (Lead Guitar) do backing vocals for Saiki (Lead Singer) at times. Only one left... when are we going to see Misa (Base player) singing lead on a song.

Great to see Miku as lead vocalist for a change. She has really outdone herself. hard to believe she is the back up vocalist. her guitar is great. Note band maid is 5 piece band, wit Saiki as lead vocalist and lead guitarist Kanami , being absent from this song. Miku Rocks ! At last Misa and Akane doing nice bv's too. There seems to be no end to the talent of the Band maid girls.

The typical Japanese high voice, but surprise.......she can also go lowe. some songs she has the low voice, wheras Saiki has the high voice.
The importna thing which Saiki has, is that she can be much more powerful and that is the main reason why she is led for a Rockband.
Personally I like also both styles of the singers and sure......their awesome harmonies.

Nemophila and Lovebites are more metal than Band Maid but band Maid does have some edgy stuff also also Aldious is somewhere between Hard Rock and Metal
