They don't freak out immediately - they get infatuated with him, they're puzzled about it at first, but eventually they completely give in. Like Tom Parker said, "they were having feelings they were not sure they should enjoy"!
More proof that women are driven with feelings and emotions. More proof also that women don't need to be taken out on dates (especially today) in order to sleep with you. Make her feel a certain way, and even if she barely knows you, she'll open up her legs to you. Even in the 1950's anyone of those women would have slept with Elvis just for being himself without even really knowing him. But, because he made them feel a certain way and was of high status, they would have spread their legs to him without question.

2:43 My favourite part 😂
😂 she couldn't control her
“Hurt him?” They look like they wanna - “ 😂
I love when Parker says “In that moment, in a flash of lightning, I watched that skinny boy in the pink suit transform into a superhero” because a flash of lightning is what turns Billy Batson (a 14yo) into Shazam (then Captain Marvel).
The moment a human man in history unlocked sheer sexual power
Lol, I got shivers watching this scene. Never see the movie, but couldn't imagine watching the real Elvis
Love how they make Tom Hanks extra...🥸🤥
I'm so glad Austin won Golden GLOBE for this movie
He also won five other awards (google them) including the European version of the Academy Awards.
@@twilightblue8566 he was so so close to win the Oscar, if was not Brendan Fresar with "The Whale"
And he really should've won the Oscar as well.
Elvis the King of Rock n Roll. The legend. The one n only
austin rocked the heck outta this role. Elvis would be proud. RIP
most favorite part of the whole movie....See the difference between other artists in that era and how they performed (Elvis '56)
The people who were there saw the world change that night.
One of the original Mr. Steal-yo-girl.
One of my favorite scenes in any music biopic tbh.
He was submerged in the character so much he became Elvis long enough to make the film.
Elvis in his mind "I'm sexy and I know it" *wiggle *wiggle *wiggle
“What in gods sweet name am I looking at?” What he was witnessing is the king taking his throne.
love this movie rewatched and austin butler did a incredible job
This is the exactly that scene in Dewey Cox where every single girl in the audience immediately goes insane for him 😂😂
LOL at everyone calling out a Baz Luhrmann movie for being over exaggerated and inaccurate. I mean…have you SEEN a Baz Luhrmann movie?
Right? And there is early video footage and audio of Elvis’ performances here on RUclips. The craziness was real.
3;06 From what I can tell it's not just a case of "looks like they want to -", it's the fact that he seemed to make them aware that it was possible that they could actually want to '-' someone
Good lord did this scene capture the moment!
dam elvis u had it going on like that
GENIUS! BUTLER, THE LEGEND!
Fact: Elvis was born with a twin brother who passed away at birth, thereby altering rock and roll in unimaginable ways.
Baz Luhrmann has an interesting style of film making. Oversaturated colors, exaggeration, and mix of music styles bordering on surrealism. Not everyone will like it but it gets the point, and the emotion, across. If you go into this movie expecting complete historical fact and realism you will be confused.
Pffffttt i hear Rap parts in the movie??
Thats total b.s !!!
Rap has nothing to do with this Era and style .
@@maplelafe7671 The rap music is there to make a connection with a younger audience and to make the music scene of Beale street more relatable to younger people. Elvis wasn’t just some old guy in Vegas your grandparents liked. He was a young raw punk musician on the cutting edge of new styles of music. I think the modern music was a great way to add some edginess back in and give us a better feeling of what that time period would’ve been to our modern sensibilities.
Like I said, if you were expecting historical fact and realism you will be confused. Chalk yourself up as someone that doesn’t like it, or doesn’t get it and have a nice day.
That's How Elvis Presley Became a Rock and Roll Superstar... I've watched this movie so many times and Austin Butler did a great in that movie
Not only that, but members of Elvis's own family endorsed the film and gave it their blessing.
Austin Butler obviously knew what he was doing.
Lisa Presley herself actually said that Austin was the spitting image of her father.
Think about that for a while.
Peace out!!!
Surely he is still a king.
Damn right they didn't call him the king for nothing
Such is good movie, great passing and story telling 😊
I don't think the young ladies in this scene were acting 😂
"Please, Lord don't let them hurt my baby. Hurt him? Looks like they wanna "****" him."
Dad knew HAHAHA
damn, our grandmas was crazy 🤣
Bro, I NEED “Spectators” (the style of shoe he’s wearing) to make a massive comeback.
I’ve got to find a pair, but it’s so hard to find quality spectators in this day and age so full of basketball shoes, and outdoor walking/running shoes.
Poor custodians who had to mop that night😢
Hope they had plenty of disinfectant 🥴
They're was probably cream all over that floor lol
Ms. Gladys was not playing with those girls about her son lol.. 3:58
now where is that pink jacket now!? it worth millions now
1:54 What are the hollering at? The Wiggle! ❤️💙💛💜
Elvis's mother knew Why are you trying to kill my son. She even knew back then. Elvis was huge and he was the KING OF ROCK & ROLL Austin Bulter won a golden globe for this. Its sad that Elvis died in 1977 and he took pills and he was fading out really fast.
He was huge in the 1950s 1960s and early 1970's he met with President Nixon and they did a movie about that. Michael Shannon played Elvis when he was older. RIP Elvis he was a true legend in the ROCK N ROLL INDUSTRY. Lisa died at the age of 58.
I just love that lady from Sun Records, she did such a great job!!!!!!!!!!!
Зрители в диком восторге., девочонки чуть ли не в обмороке .У нас такого даже на концертах Магомаева не было

Jesus, that accent Hanks is doing really is horrific
