If I get a finger print on resin that I’ve just cured, sometimes it works better than others but I carefully reheat it using a flame and it often comes out. Something I found out by accident that can work
You might pick up some of those tack cloths. They are a tool woodworkers use to remove dust and debris from the surface of a project before applying the finish.
I love watching you, so much. I just started my journey with resin and I’m not good, lol. I’m not an artsy person but I’m doing it, learning a lot from you and two others. I’m a retired nurse, medically so I’m a shut in. Resin is trying to open my creative side and bit by bit I’m coming up with things I like. Depression is a kicker in my life so I’m finding a weird sort of relationship with a few influencers on-line. lol. Love watching you, love the items you make and looking forward to future projects.
Absolutely Fabulous!!!!! Is it ok if I "copy" this for my husband for his birthday gift next year? He will be 55 & love this when I showed him. I replied after I showed him lol.
This is good, really appreciate the detailed notes you give. I am keeping a playlist from your channel, for specific resins for certain uses. I am doing mixed media paper on a stretched canvas, and would like to coat with resin for sturdy perfection (art, not utilitarian, why not be bold 😉). But the paper can sometimes have more than one layer, do you recommend this resin for flat art with Very Slight bas relief? It will be hung vertically after the 3 week full cure, so I want a thinnish coat, not a 3D cube. •Or if anyone can recommend Steve’s other videos about resin for a flat coat on art, I’d be glad to check it. Will go check his playlists. TY all, beautiful work, Steve.✨🌷🦋🙌🌌
That table and the coasters are by far the nicest bit of upcycling you've ever done on this channel Steve, and I would love to own one myself! What a table! That resin doesn't seem to be available in the UK sadly. Thanks for the links to where else to buy it. I've never heard of table top resin before today. Have a great weekend Steve. God bless you.
Thank you for this. I have been thinking of switching from print on demand on etsy to handmade and wanted to do it cheaply and resin and silicone molds are cheap
Dang, I bought teexpert table top and haven't even used it yet and now you've come up with a supposedly better option. I can't keep up with all these new resin options. My studio has quite a few j diction bottles I may never finish. I don't sell my creations, just give them to friends. I guess I'd better find lots more friends.
Steve, JDiction has a Table Top resin which is available in the UK. Is that resin a good alternative for putting a coating over wall art on board or canvas?
I bumped into your channel and I subscribed..I’m interested in re-doing over my grandmother’s wicker sewing basket with handles. The lid is made of some sort of resin or acrylic material. Can I repaint the lid only with a little acrylic paint with a different color to brighten the basket and then do a small resin pour over the acrylic design I come up with? Like can I just paint over the acrylic pour of the lid with a paint brush using the resin mix being it’s a medium saucer size lid? I love you channel 🎉

Table is unique and awesome
THAT is gorgeous, Steve! What a lovely job you did! Lucky son, indeed. 😁💕👍

For my superpower I want to be you Steve!
That is such a sweet thing to say. Anyone can do what I do just takes having a go 😀
What a great gift! I love it. ❤
Awesome shine Steve, and I agree with your son with it being your best project❤

Very nice, your son is sure lucky to have such a creative father 🤩
Fingerprints mean you can charge more. You left a piece of you with it. 😂😂😂😂❤
Steve! You are without doubt a genius. That's fantastic.
Edit. Went to get your tool kit and it's out of stock ☹
Absolutely love this project ❤

Yes you can.
The finish is beautiful Steve, great upcycle! It looked like you didn't have your face mask on tho, is this resin low odour?
It's beautiful, now you need some pillows to sit on the floor and play Texas Holdem.
I can't find your link for your pack. Also as I write this I don't think we can get it anyway. 😢
🙌🏻👏🏻👍🏻
You're not giving your son the table until it's finally cured are you? ROFLMAO
