Same dude, I love hearing him chat about the cars casually compaired to videos when he’s trying to make his content. Has a slightly different vibe. it’s nice to hear other people admire his work and see how humble he is about it.
Jimmys shop has been toured more than any other and it still never gets old. He deserves all the success and so much more. I havent missed a video since picking up the black coupe. Seeing what he built with almost no budget and what hes built is insane. So hyped for the future. Only going up from here.
I wholeheartedly agree with you. Jimmy worked his ass off. He deserves all his success. And to top it off, it didn’t change him one bit. Still an awesome and humble dude
@@SpeedRacerJoe Exactly. And the fact that he brought his people with him and gives them opportunities to be successful. From driving shitbox Saturn's to not having enough room to store all his cars Jimmy has remained the same person. He's the only RUclipsr I buy merch from and pay for patreon. More funds means more builds and homies on the team. Also glad it brought me to your channel! Always down for Porsche content.
Bro this whole video was a vibe . glad to see Jimmy bringing in these smaller youtubers ( No disrespect ) and showing them around . you can tell Yall both really love this shit , and its just cool to see yall vibing . Would think yall beeen boys for years . Definitely subbed , hope to see more of this and your future plans/builds .
Haha no offense taken. We all started small haha. Hopefully can get my channel to Jimmy’s level 🤞🏾. I appreciate the compliment and for the sub. Funny thing is I just met Jimmy a couple hours before that video for the first time. It’s in my previous video with the Connecticut RWB build. Many ppl thought we were friends prior because the video looks so organic lol
Id be flat out lying if I said I didnt gain mad inspiration from this dude and his build quality. Love seeing his shop from another perspective. Subdd yo
I watch all of Jimmy’s videos as well and even being there, his builds felt new and fresh to me haha 😂. Seeing things in person is definitely a different experience than just watching it through the lens of a tv or phone. Also, thank you for the sub! I really appreciate it 🙏🏾
@@SpeedRacerJoe I bet! I breed and show dogs. It's the same vibe a dog in a picture ain't nearly what it is in person. My pleasure for the sub. One love 🤙🏼 keep up the good work!
jimmy's channel is the vibe =. learned so much from just watching him build all his cars , makes it look so easy. nissonda is the best there honestly she's the inspiration for my first project that just spiralled down the rabbit hole and is now way overboard.
I love this Joe. I'm a big Oakes fan I watch all the videos you already know !looking forward to meeting him and seeing your RWB build x2. You're gonna break the internet fam LFG!
Bro, I’m trying man lol. All you tuning in are the reason I keep pushing to do this. Love the feedback and support. And Jimmy is an awesome dude. Made us feel like we were at home
Jimmy is one of my favorites to watch as well. I appreciate him taking the time to hang out with us. Also, much appreciated for the compliment and tuning in! 🙏🏾
people have dream jobs, and i just wanna work in jimmys shop been watching him since back in the day. either work in jimmys shop or do what he does with my boys
Mannn you know I'm bitter about missing this shop tour with you guys 😅 Kudos to Roskoe for preserving the feel and vibe, it felt like we were there with you. Jimmy is always so candid and the cars are sick. I always wanted to see more of that rwd civic, luckily he's been covering it more and had it out recently 🙌🏾🙌🏾 rwb build coming soon and i can't wait
Haha you know you’ll be there for the next one. Jimmy’s builds are sick and you appreciate them more when you see them in person. Just trying to convince him to RWB the 964 or the early red G body shell he has 😂🤫 lol
@@SpeedRacerJoe I'll speak on behalf of Jimmy when I say, even though it doesn't have the full documentation verified yet, you can't touch that car since it may actually be one of the only original precursors to RWB left. Nakai may have worked on that car from back when he was with SunBurst! Can you imagine if that's true. OG rwb 964 before RWB became its own thing 😁🙌🏾
@@projectveronicae3072 that’s very true. We had a long talk about that after the video and we both came to that possible conclusion. I think the history of the 964 has a unique level of mysticism around it and he should leave it as such. And ppl love hearing a good story around a car. I definitely vote to RWB the red shell
Nice shop Review! Loved the video, One thing to recommend, please don't play too much with the Camera Exposure settings while recording, edit the clips You need later in case of correction. It drove me crazy the first 5 min of the video..
I agree. We spoke about it more off camera and both agreed the red one should be the RWB candidate. His 964 has a story behind it and he should preserve that
I dunno how long you've followed Jimmy for, but several years ago at his old shop down the street (which is either his friend Derek Bootleg Burton's space or Drew's space now, they're neighbors), the shop next door at the end of that unit was a bunch of dudes that exclusively dealt with fwd sr20 cars. My friend had needed some parts for his NX2000 and these guys had a car they were parting out over there, we also got a shop tour. They had at least one full race car b13 Sentra se-r in there, and a bunch of Neo VVL heads. My friend's NX was actually Pulsar GTi-R swapped, but he retained the fwd because it was too much work for one person... he had already spent about 10 years on the project by himself. A different friend had a b15 spec-v back when they were new and for a few years afterwards... he blew 4 engines under warranty. The last one was safe because the internet had figured out the factory header was the cause of the failures, and he had swapped to an aftermarket one. We frequently hung out at yet another friends' shop in Jimmy's first shop complex, the one he had when he started his channel.
Much appreciated! Yea we didn’t have the proper audio equipment with us. This visit wasn’t planned. Left the local RWB build and stopped by Jimmy’s. We made the best of it haha
Filming needs work: autofocus, too zoomed in, show more of the background. You’re literally filming only face, zoom out. Not bashing, just constructive criticism
That visit wasn’t planned. Kind of happened spontaneously lol. So we had to work with what we had. We had to shoot at such a short range so the camera could pick up the audio. Since we didn’t have our mics. We’ll definitely be ready and well equipped next time lol
@@SpeedRacerJoe Oh OK. Trust me I know nothing of filming. I was just being picky, because shaking, and sudden movements of the camera annoys me lol. But I'll be watching more content. Especially if a 2JZ is involved ( I'm biased )
I'll never get tired of watching people walk around Jimmy's shop. This is what dreams are made of

I like a narrow body
Seeing as each person can only have 1 rwb, keep it how it is and save it for another car
Honestly, that’s a myth. Nakai doesn’t mind how many RWB you own. I know several owners that own two and upwards of ten at one time lol
Long time subscriber of Jimmy, now sub´ed to your guys channel! Keep it up!
Very much appreciated 🙏🏾🙏🏾
nah, rwb is so overrated & overpriced

Love jimmy but man hes gotta get rid of some of his cars lol
Let’s be honest, we’d all be car hoarders if we had the appropriate funds to do so 🤣
You right but id feel so bad not driving them i have 2 cars and it stresses me out of if I don't drive them equally XD @SpeedRacerJoe
Doing a rwb on the black porchse is stupid. It's has a way better history how it is .

@SpeedRacerJoe 👍 the black on potentially was built before rwb was a thing is a wicked back story
