Hi Roger, A good router table cabinet build square and solid, a good lifting device using a car jack. I do enjoy building projects for the workshop and this looks a great build. NVR switch is definitely a must and you got one fitted. That is a problem at time with warped boards when you trying to make a level base, is to get it braced and screwed down and 9.9 times out of 10 it does work. As always a great video, catch you soon, Take care

Nice solution Roger, not what I was expecting. I wish I had thought of that when I did mine. You could even upgrade to an actuator to automatically lift the router!!

I really enjoyed this video and that you showed how you resolved your issues.
The one thing I would say is using the jack and putting pressure on the top of the router. There is a bearing there and could be affected if the casing pushed in.
I would have tried to make a cradle that had cutouts on the uprights that engaged the handles on the body. The handles are designed to put pressure on. Maybe a later upgrade.
    Thanks.

A great project, thanks for sharing. FYI you can use your drill on the jack for rapid adjustment 😅

Interesting build, use pocket holes for me when neede. My router table uses a Kreg plate and Triton Router, So I dont need the jack . Interested how you are going to do dust collection though

Did you adjust the cams on your tracksaw to get a straighter cut?

I did Phil...but to be honest the saw moves around a lot..the cams don't really help
