So sorry to hear about your kitty's health problems. I really empathize with you, as we went through tremendous worry and anguish with one of our cats who was sick off and on over the last 4 years, and we had to put to sleep last year Dec 21st. Praying your little guy will be healthy now. And wonderful news about your engagement !! Congratulations!
Oh I'm so sorry for your loss. It's always such an emotional struggle with our sweet furry family members. We just have to do the best we can for them. He really does seem to be healing even if it's a little slow going. Thank you so much!🥰🤎

Hi, Anne! Nice chatty video…! First off, congratulations to you and Caleb! That’s wonderful news. Secondly, sorry to hear about your kitty troubles. That’s always so worrisome, isn’t it? I’m sending you good vibes for healthier times ahead for all of your fur babies! Thirdly, I ADORE “Jane Eyre” and totally agree with you about “Wuthering Heights”. I went through a Jane Austin and Emily Bronte reading phase during my undergraduate years, so I’m basically in agreement with you about them…! Fourthly, I once visited the American Quilt Museum in Bath, England with my friend from London. In the gift store, I bought a large-ish tea towel that depicts various kinds of roses on it. When I got home, I had it framed as a memento of my trip, and it’s been hanging on my wall ever since! Something you might want to do with the items Kate sent you??? Also, I, similar to you, have a “thing” for McVities biscuits (cookies - the dark chocolate covered ones!), and every time I come home from England, I bring 6-8 packs of them home with me! I try to make them last as long as possible…! 😋 they’re not gluten free, I don’t think, but that’s not a problem for me anyway. Take care, and I hope you get your knitted gifts done soon! 🥰🥰🥰

I must confess, I’ve never read any of books by any Brontës though I’ve seen some films (including this super old French film “Brontë Sisters” ) and do own a Penguin Book mug with Jane EyreI😑 But, I’ll definitely pick up one of all those books next year😤

Sorry to hear about your cat, I hope everything turns out alright; my mom's 11 year old dog had an operation not so long ago to take out stones from her bladder as she was bleeding heavily so I now what you're going through both mentally as economically. How sweet that you got such a lovely package from Wales. It made be laugh so much when you picked up the mini bakewell tarts as I understand you perfectly, I get excited also when I get to eat something from the UK that I haven't had in ages😅 Btw, I love Wuthering Heights, it's my favourite book...Heathcliff is rather "peculiar" but portrays (I reckon) 100% the masculine vibe of that era😂😂😂❤ Take care, lots of love from Spain (right now we have 15°C ..about 59°F)

Kate is truly so kind and thoughtful , I couldn't even believe the beautiful things she chose to send me. 😂 There are so many UK foods that I love and can't get here, I'm sure its often the same for you in Spain.

I have read all of Jane Austin’s books, and I liked Northanger Abbey. If you haven’t read Villette by Charlotte Brontë, I highly recommend it 🥰. Wishing your cats recovery and good health ❤️
Multiple people here in the comments have said its good. I'll definitely be reading it! So funny that you bring up Villette, I own a copy of it! Hahahahah Wuthering Heights is my fave classic gothic book, but it’s okay ;) Northanger Abbey is HILARIOUS! It’s a satire, def recommend! My controversial take is that Jane Eyre sucks 😂

Our poor little guy. I certainly will, he's been extra cuddly lately since he isn't feeling well. It's so true. At this point I'm just throwing money at the problem and hoping it fixes it. So far so good, the vet feels that his healing is taking a normal trajectory and he really does seem to be improving so 🤞 It is exhausting figuring it all out. Hope your baby continues to do well even with the condition.
