That "strictly in friend sense" line was not included because I tried to get it by talking to the pigmask after re-entering the factory several times and it never happened. The pigmask said it every time. I tried many times and with many ways, save files and emulators and Lucas never spoke that line.
The one other time Ninten technically spoke is when he uses the the WordsO'Love and the CurseWords to say "I love you" and "I hate you" to any enemy in battle.
Honestly, it's kinda unsettling how everybody just stops talking the exact moment they join our team. It's especially noticeable in Mother 3 with Lucas.
Doesn't Ness say something like how his dad gets mad if the phone isn't answered in three rings if you try to leave his house while the phone is ringing at the beginning of EarthBound? Also I really like how Lucas has a voice clip in Mother 3. It's something that not many other characters have in the series.

Also, you missed the part where Salsa talked to Lucas in Chapter 3.(But Fassad blocks your way so you can't access without cheat codes.)
