  • A must watch video.
    This audit shows the abuse of Power from Senior ranking Police Officers Using section 43 without proper grounds or reasonable suspicion.
    I am auditing North Woolwich Police Station and get stopped and questioned by Chief Inspector Mattock & an armed Inspector Routh.
    I don't think they received the NPCC memo as Inspector Routh instigates a Section 43 Terrorism act search on me. Another unlawful search.

    If you put in a formal complaint, as a chief inspector was involved in the stop demand that your complaint is dealt with an officer that is senior to a chief inspector. That should cause some confusion

    • @thefoxhat6163
      @thefoxhat6163 2 года назад +3

      He couldn't demand that. Complaints investigation policy states the investigating officer must be at least 1 rank above. When you get nearer the top it becomes of equal rank if there is no one senior. I have complaints against a Chief Inspector and Sergeant. The Chief Inspector in the complaint is investigating the complaint against the Sergeant. I can guarantee the complaint won't be upheld. They'll want me to refer it to PIRC. I'll complain about the Inspector again. Sooner or later I hope to get one who has some form of professional, moral and ethical standards. Not going to hold my breath though.

      @@thefoxhat6163 Oh ive been through the complaints procedure, and i know whats it's like. My point was not that it would happen, but that then they have to explain in writing why they wont do it - which may give more reason to take to the PIRC.
      For example, I was told that requesting my Custody records would take time as she was "too busy" and it would "take some time until she was free to deal with my request". I then invited her to explain how being "too busy" and "take some time until she was free to deal with my request" was compatible with PACE which only defined the time as "reasonable".
      - I had an invitation to pick them up at a time of my choosing by end of day
      Also, I was told that the custody officer was unavailable for interview over my PACE complaints as he had left the service. I once again invited them to explain in writing how - if there was a legal case - the custody officer would be available for witness statements, - but why not for a PACE complaint. Ya, the custody officer was suddenly interviewed.
      Its about being relentless and not taking their excuses at face value but getting them to explain them. But in writing. They hate that

      They all came scuttling out complete with guns . . . and not a clue about how a terrorist attack might be planned or carried out - surveillance of any kind to be used for nefarious purposes would NEVER be carried out in such an open manner as Inspector Plod implied - any useful reconnaissance would need to be done covertly and on that particular street there are at least half a dozen spots where such could be done without any dimwitted plod - PC or Chief Inspector being even remotely aware. From these sites every coming or going could be noted and for what good it would do, the reg numbers & makes of every vehicle & descriptions of vehicle occupants. In the past 48+ years no attacks have been carried out on police stations and there is not a single attack ever recorded where photographic or video resources have been observed. The terrorists that these armed thugs are so paranoid about these days invariably go for soft targets - civilians, young people, pubs concerts etc etc - occasionally police officers get caught up in things but never while cowering in numbers in safe & secure police stations.

However, it is the uniform that is the problem, they are dressed up as gladiators, so their behaviour reflects a need to do battle, the uniform needs to change and then policing will improve. Good luck with your claim, however, it is costing tax-payers money - individual police officers that abuse their power should be held accountable for the expense that have caused the tax-payer, things might change if it hit their pay-packet. When you go to court with this. Remember. The inspector Misfeasance in public office (is a cause of action in the civil courts of England and Wales and certain Commonwealth countries. It is an action against the holder of a public office, alleging in essence that the office-holder has misused or abused their power). All the others should be accountable under nonfeasance of public office: Nonfeasance is the failure to act where action is required - willfully or in neglect. By them failing to stop this rogue inspector, they are all culpable of this offence.

    What a bunch of tyrants.
    Take the inspector direct to court and prosecute him. The fine and costs should come direct from his pocket but sadly we know it wont.
    Until it does, the abuse of power will continue.
    Hope he's sacked or at least knocked down to PC

      Absolutely AGREED Bill White. In my humble opinion, if possible the person being stopped and about to be searched, when informing them that a civil claim will be made against them, and they just shrug and say ''Thats fine'', then the detained person might want to seriously consider saying ''Is if fine because it WON'T come out of your miserable wages or pension??'' The tax payer will just HAVE to foot the bill ..... and your absolutely fine with that?? These are out of control highly toxic narc cowards, who feed on peoples lack of knowledge of their rights ...... utter cowardly worthless power tripping ego driven droids!!!
