I tried these today; my core felt like it could go all day but my quads were hurting like crazy. Apparently planks are a great thigh strengthener.
Should this cause lower back pain I have some been doing the planks a few days a week now for around 30sec to a min
No, you may be rounding your back. Try to keep your core stabilized
