May you rest in peace, Guy and Susanna Clark. Видеоклипы
She was beautiful ❤️
Susanna doesn't look rough at all! She's gorgeous! They are so funny together. At first, I was a little put off by Guy's approach. Then I realized he's being obscene and pushing the issue simply to be base and make his wife squirm! A man after my own heart! I'm sure Towns would have approved. What fun it must have been nearly 40 years ago to party with these people. A total riot.
Everybody was in love with Susana Clark, not just Guy and Townes. She was a phenomenon that's hard to explain. They were all so beautiful, and talented, and just ALIVE. It's just that fifty years of drinking and smoking and all that takes it's toll. She was the kind of woman who walks into a party and just electrifies the air. Everybody was in love with her. Go watch "Heartworn Highways," you'll see.
She’s only in heartworn Highways for about 5 mins and she doesn’t speak during it. Not sure how much it shows about her but I agree she seems like a great woman.
Heartworn Highways??? That shows almost nothing re Susana. She’s barely in the documentary and to be honest she comes off rather insignificantly in it..
Never met her obviously but I think Susanna was one of the best women ever. Not just beautiful as you say a phenomenon. I think a lot of it was she was not only beautiful and talented, but a lot of fun and 100% authentic, she didn't have to pretend anything.
and fortunately for Guy, she had a lot of family money...@@jackwalker1822
I think that you're talking about Cindy.
honest from the heart loving people ,great musicians aswell
He was funny, I loved Guy. You can tell their relationship was wonderful too.
She may have been a smoker and a drinker, but I disagree that she's rough looking. She looks damn good here.
Suzie is a goddess! I would love one of Guys homemade guitars. Proper prize right there.
They both look really faded, I haven't a clue who they are or how I got here but I am glad I did and will delve into them further.
You wont be disappointed
They were so cool!
They're together again. RIP.
Absolutely love it!
"Kinky mother-fucker.."
I really wish I knew Guy... when he passed away it crushed me. Watching this video just made me cry, bc I just wish I knew people like Townes or Susanna or Guy...
She was 73 years old, not sure how you thought she should look.
Good lookin' lady. I've just recently discovered Guy Clark, he didn't seem to make it over in the UK where even Townes isn't all that well known. Anyway, I've now included a couple of his songs in my set, he had a knack for writing sad songs that make you feel good.
Am I just been' overly suspicious or do I detect the slight signs of two people slightly stoned?
Anyway, if anybody knows where to get a copy of the Heartworn Highways movie please let me know. It's simply listed as "Currently unavailable" on Amazon.
Slightly stoned and really drunk
Full movie is on RUclips now
What a great interview. Guy it absolutely one of a kind. Townes lived upstairs from my friend Andy (we were also musicians) in a four-plex. Guy was there a lot. Rumor is the sink mentioned in Guy's song "Pissin' in the Wind" was Andy's. Andy's place was bigger than Townes everyone gathered there. His plumbing was tempermental so everyone peed in the bathroom sink. That way the toilet didn't have to be flushed that often. The last line of the song is, "The answer is pissin' in the sink."
Pissin in the wind is a Jerry Jeff Song
whats with reagon
Seems Rodney had a thing for her also ..She must of been quite a women.
They all did. She was a goddess when she was a girl, damned near.
Of course "Pissin' in the Wind" was written by Jerry Jeff. However, the rumor is that Guy gave him the line about the sink. At Andy's when some new person (male) went into the bathroom. Someone yelled, "Piss in the sink."
Sounds about right…
Townes hit that hard....fer sure
Are these folks ok?
They’re dead, so there’s that.
