    Great for rowing along to in the gym.The concept II tells me am keeping correct stroke rate. 500 metre warm up first. Am quite chuffed at 64 that I can keep the pace.

    Rowing a single in a week. I will be hearing your voice when i race. My wife makes me close the door when i watch this. She is absolutely annoyed by your cadence call. 😂

    9th HOCR, 1st bow loader this weekend 😆 As a, er, bit of a control freak I confess I’m not a fan-but this is just what I was looking for to help prepare, even look forward to it! Good line, good call, Cox-Thanks for sharing this! 👊
