My cotton candy machine does not seem to work properly since the last time, the floss that is blue comes out green and taste burnt and it does not seem like it is heating up very high. I don't have one of those dials to turn up the heat just a fuse and on/off and a controller. What would you suggest I do?

Noramlly you need to preheat the machine for approximately 5 minutes.
How clean when by mistake you cheese powder instead of cotton candy powder
