Double ovens don’t have a bottom drawer for storing pots and pans. The space is needed to put two ovens in the same space as a regular, single oven range. It’s a sacrifice that people make if they want a double oven.
I have a version of this samsung with the duo traiy but not the 2 seperate door capability. Since owning it Ive alway kept the duo tray in the oven. However it is now very dirty and baked on . The oven will not allow it in there while I self clean or steam clean. How can i get the tray clean?
SAMSUNG 101....DON'T TAKE THIS CLASS!.....I have a practically new SAMSUNG electric stove that has almost started a fire in my home a half dozen times! It has a manufacturer's/engineering defect....the knobs turn on with the slightest touch or bump! It happened again today and I called them again for the 4th time and they said "USER ERROR!" which they always retort to. They'd rather spend $1500 sending (5) technicians out for a non-tech issue, than to replace a $1600 stove...which may cost them only $400 to replace (mind boggling!) ....and adds insult to injury! At this point I'm livid!.....It happened again today and the glass covers I keep on the cooktop when not in use shattered sending hot glass shards all over my kitchen, which are now stuck to the top of the stove and my countertop. Thankfully no one walked in the kitchen at the time, that would have been a travesty! After the first 2 times I told them I wanted it out of my house because I didn't feel safe and they shrugged it off. I have their family hub refrigerator , it 's going out of my house along with the stove and I will never buy anything with the name "SAMSUNG" on it again. When it comes to customer service and standing behind their products, these people are callous and evil!...SHOP ELSEWHERE! I agree had mine for 2 years now and the dual oven door won't open top one does the bottom one does not, they say shut if off at the breaker, how about you fix the glitch? Or better yet tell people about it before they buy it. Never will I buy a samsung product.
We purchased the two-door model in 2019, and it is the biggest piece of junk on the planet. Best Buy has come out to fix it five times over the last three years and refuses to replace it, even under their "spectacular" extended warranty. They replaced the motherboard, thermostats, hinges, both doors, and the latching mechanism - and it still heats unevenly with wildly inaccurate temps. I am done with Samsung appliances, and Best Buy [Geek Squad]. Both are garbage.

What are the set temperatures fro warming drawers?
The door won’t shut completely. The light stays on like it can’t reach the temp tire you got it set for. No one seams to be able to fix it .

Like a nightstand drawer. There is clips one has to push up (or down) while pulling the drawer.
