The BDC fold with QQ is not only not sick, they should never have seen the river. He literally has a bluff catcher from the flop on. It's a horrendously played hand.

1 chip is a call unless you say raise

if you have chips that are larger in denomination than the actual bet 1 chip with no verbal comfirmation of a raise will be considered a call by the dealer.
