Always 3 betting pocket pairs is a recipe for disaster. You also end up folding out "set over set" possibilities in the long run as people are going to fold small pockets a lot when 3 bet. Jacks is right on the cusp but you should absolutely refrain from 3 betting any pair below that... and even consider slow playing QQ as it's very good at destroying the over zealous people with top pair on a J or T high board.

you are dogshit at poker please never speak in a comment section again 😂. 10s and jacks are usually always 3 bets in live games depending only on position. slow playing queens is possibly the most dogshit advice ive ever seen, maybe calling a 3 bet with queens instead of 4 betting is the move sometimes but even that is pretty rare.
