RC racing at Small Addictions RC located in Binghamton NY is awesome. Racing the 1RC midgets, 1RC sprint cars and the 1RC EDM eastern dirt modifeds is a blast in this state of the art huge facility. This carpet oval track provides plenty of competition

I had to edit a lot of the footage, but there is 3 or 4 more tracks going in at that location. He is building Dirt ovals and road coarse off road and even a crawler coarse. I will do more videos from this place to keep you guys updated.
I randomly came across this video while jumping around RUclips and wrenching on my cars. I hear Small Addictions rc and look over my bench at a business card they included with one of my eBay orders. Never expected they had such an amazingly dedicated shop.

I live about a 40 minute drive from here and I was in the area the other day, so I stopped in. Really nice place. I love the atmosphere and the employees are very nice. And like you said, it's hard to not leave there without something. I picked up my first crawler. (Vaterra Ascender F100) i am more than happy and I will be back there whenever I need anything for my rigs.

Ayyy that's my hobby shop!! Its amazing that you were able to come up from PA and showcase this shop. I drive up from ithaca NY to go here. Every time I walk in I feel like a lil kid in a candy store lol 😆

This RC store is absolutely awesome. I wish there was something like this on Long Island. So close but yet so far away lol... only a 4 hour drive...pretty cool..

I've bought a lot of parts from small addictions rc, they are 1st rate.. but everything is dead here in southern va. We have 1 dirt oval and it's 2.5 hours from me...we had 3 off road tracks and 2 other oval tracks within 2 hours from here 4 years ago all but 1 gone now. Good luck up there. Thanks for posting this. I bought one of these cars last month for a small dirt track I have in my backyard and it runs amazing. Now my buddies want to buy one a couple of them already have.

This Shop has GROWN. From Insane because you live close and can easily visist, To MUST SEE to witness the Insanity; even if you have to plan and travel for a day.

I might drive up from PA to check this place out. There aren't any good shops in my area any more. Most are train hobby shops. Glad I found your channel 👍🏻

I live too close to them...I could pay mortgage on a second home with the money I spend there lol...All the guys there are great and the selection rivals anyone...Upstate NY hidden gem...You should do an update, the shop is even bigger
That looks like a great place. About 2½ hour drive for me I'll make the trip up one day. Back around 92' and 93' we used to race 1/10th modified RC-10s lowered shocks with custom homemade modified lexan bodies, on an indoor clay Tri- oval. Better than carpet so you could drift the corners. Wow technology has changed.
Thanks for sharing, shocked me this place is in New York !!!! I believe we are hurting in the state for anything RC. Good to see maybe a rebound .

The Local HobbyTown in Westminster Co, has a nice setup like this with quite a crowd when they race..
3 years later and no 10th scale indoor crawling. I live down the road from them and havent been in there in years lolol

That track is just a temporary setup in the showroom. We will be building 5 indoor tracks. 4 carpet and 1 clay oval, all 10th scale. We will also have a full size crawler course. The video only shows 1/7th of our building.

High banked carpet oval would be awesome!!! There are none left. Sandhills, classic hobbies and KnN are all gone. Banked carpet is where it’s at, todays flat track oval simple suck!

With big box stores closing, there will be a lot of commercial Realestate available. And probably really good deals on rent

Hopefully the BMX/MTB , skate and RC communities can take advantage of these huge retail buildings that are scattered across the country

Im only half way thru the vid. Josh jus finished his 1st race that was actually on this vid (2nd qualifying heat i believe) and his car seemed quite a bit faster than the others. I know that the drivers ability places a huge role in results (as does tuning etc) but as mentioned, drivers skill aside, his car did look faster. Do these cars not have the same set-up (motor, gearing etc)?

Did this happen to you before ? You visit a new store, finding there's a lot of things inside, but when you come a next time to buying something, the object that you want is not available ! I don't talk about this store but in general.
