He knew about it all along and didn't do anything about it and now that he got caught and exposed he doesn't want to admit it. he didn't want to close down for a few days to clean and sanitize the whole restaurant cause he didn't want to lose money. It's just a few days it's not that big of a deal to close down to clean and sanitize. most places do that all the time from 1:06 to 1:07 oh he is lying right threw his teeth cause he does it too and why won't allow them to come in and see it cause the place is still dirty and is making it look like they are cleaning. he just doesn't want to admit it.
But what if entire city overun with roaches? Could it be even if WHOLE blocks infested that if u get rid of in your bldg roaches just come from next buildings? I'm thinking it's like this and it's not reasonable to expect no roaches ever.
While this may be nearly 5-6 months ago, there's a reasonable answer to this. If the entirey city is overrun with roaches, then it's the city's job to get to work and find ways to deal with the roach problem, however, if it's only spotted in certain fast food and/or food places, then it's no longer the city's job to help, those same food places are to do the job themselves and clean up or else risk being shut down permanently. How I know this, in a town within Texas, I visit that town with my mother for business and always go to a McDonald, that place is filled with roaches, however that one place alongside a Church's were overrun due to the seasons, even thou it was due to the overbearing heat at the time. (Part 1)
They were still not given a pass due to that because at those exact times they still have a standard they're to uphold regardless of the situation, they're to serve food that isn't either infested and/or dirty because during that same year, many people would be getting sick from food poisoning from those same place. The fact me and my mother didn't get food poisoning is beyond me. But that's how it is, if the city's overrun with roaches or any sort of pest/rodent such is the case for New York, then it's the city/state's job to get to it, if not, it's the business itself that's gotta do its job to stay clean and such.
