Hi there my friend. Great job on that build 😎. Im trying to use this wireless charger to make a custom wireless charging location in my car. Do you think it'll work? Thanks
You really have a talent for explaining things. The way you break things down on your projects make them seem very do-able even for those of us who aren't handy.
I sooooooo much love your videos. I am a middle age woman that works from dawn till dusk but planning to do as many things as I can un the futur and have learned so much from your videos. Ty foto sharing!!! This project is super cool!
I feel like you shared big secrets. Thank you teacher. My project is a trailer. I'm gonna make it "pirty". I'm learning so much. What you taught, I have the tools to do because of you're amazing tricks.
That is gorgeous and gives me ideas for two small led lamps I bought that don't want to stand up properly - so I'm not currently using them. Keep up the good work!
What a cool lamp! Very crisp, clean lines in this build. Very impressive. Also, Ryobi makes cordless soldering irons now? Good lord. If it runs on electricity, they want to stick one of those green monstrosities on it. I look forward to the Ryobi One cordless washing machine.
Thank you for your down to earth work. You deserve an HGTV show. I admire that you do what you do honestly and to the point. I want you to be a million like content provider. You are the best Sir
Wow Glen, you are coming up with cooler and cooler projects. Never had seen the trick using nail heads to mark for locations, very cleaver. Really enjoy watching your videos, great every time.
Absolutely a genius tip with the wrench leveler. Could you please make more videos involving rechargeable LEDs in the event of having a neighborhood power outage? This would be a life saver here in South Africa with its loadshedding electricity situation. As always thanks again for the great DIY content 🙂
Cool project as always, next time you need to enlarge the width of the slot apply painters tape along the fence thus with a new pass by the router bit the thickness of the tape will be removed. Flip the stock around and rout the other side to keep it proportional. Need double stick tape but do not have any? You want join a template to stock to route the part? Place painters tape on both parts and a line line of CA glue on the tape. Put it together. It easier to separate the parts and remove the tape than double stick tape. The wrench level while drilling that is ingenious! As long as the flutes of the Drill do not influence the travel direction, but still better than nothing!
You impress me each time with your build, good job. If I can suggest you to add hole at the bottom and foot to permit the 10 watts of power from the wireless charger unit to dissipate a little bit, this way the electronic inside will last. Wood is an isolant so the dissipation is minimum.
(This is what my Great-grand nephew (age four) said when he seen you using the mixer at the start) "Oooooo!!! Glen's gonna get in trouble, Glen's gonna get in trouble, Glen's gonna get in trouble! (and he was happy about it!)". I explained what you said about it being a "shop mixer" and he was okay... until he seen you sing the knife to trim the tape from the pvc pipe (HA! He's a little riot! Doesn't miss a thing either). Glen, I thought it's a great project and it turned out beautifully!!! Please keep the videos coming cause I'll keep watching!!!
Nice project. Super video and everything totally well explained. Thanks for sharing. Putting a wrench on the drill bit is a superb tip. I've never seen do that anybody before.
I recently been thinking about getting into making stuff like this in my spare time you are definitely aspiring I know nothing about wiring tho and was wondering if you could direct me to a video that kinda shows and explains how I can combine the two sources for instance like you did with the led lights and the charger into one power cord.

Quick and effective, nice build!
Love the tip about using a wrench on the drill bit. Much easier than trying to watch a bubble which is at the opposite end of the drill than the bit.
Thanks, I agree!
Yeah. I never would have thought of that. Thanks!

Very clever! Excellent build tips.
This seems like a good idea instead of buying a lamp with less features. You can actually make your own features.
