You're an accomplished woodworker that's clear, but your creative impulses are amazing. You're also a great educator, and you analyse mistakes and thoughts about things should have worked so very well. Really enjoying your videos. This really is great, great stuff.
I’m sure they are using it in a corporate office, and trying to figure out if it possible to mass build them and sell for profit, but most custom quality wood working is not easy to mass produce, that’s why custom pieces cost a heck of a lot more than ikea, or Ashley. But good on glen im sure they paid him or at the least hooked him up with lots of products. I love this guys designs, and builds.
I watched a few of your projects all four are awesome. 1. Router sled, 2. Chair, 3. Couch and 4. Motorized coffee table. Also it is great to hear you speak what you are doing through out your video. TY

Glenn! The freshest build I've seen.. looks awesome! If you're looking to build your own projector screen.. go to www.carlofet.com. I bought some good projector fabric when I built my screen
I watched you when you had basic tools still it did not stop you creating wonderful things You come a long way and day by day we just love you, watching how it develops and what new thing he is bringing now. Loved black vinyl. Aesthetically pleasing and not in your face.. Thanks again. I am watching back videos now hence this late comment
There are a lot of really good tips in this build that if you blink you just might miss them. The DIY scribe in the beginning, using the drill to twist the cable pair. This video is great.
Instead of a projector screen, you can just paint the wall with a white paint that has an eggshell finish, it won't bounce off light like a glossy finish. A gallon of paint is cheaper than a screen, you have to get the whitest paint possible. This video is fantastic! Thank you.
I didn't understand a single thing you said throughout the building process. But i like the fact that someone created something so innovative; i mean charging ur phone without the painstakingly horrible need to travel all the way to the other side the room? Genius!
Your "where I'm at" graphic was so amazing! I wish all of the makers I watch used it. Great idea! I'd love to see more about the vinyl application... Thank you!
I really dig the coffee table. I like how you brought a piece of furniture and made it a piece of modern day art. keep making living easier for people who want to live like a boss.
I really like that you include your mistakes and how you went about to fix them. It makes your builds authentic and more relatable. You make me want to start building stuff with my own hands. Thank you for your videos!
Just found your channel and I'm blown away. Your creativity planning and assembly skills are unreal. It's been very motivational in beginning to bring some of my own designs to life. Thank you again and congratulations on such an impressive channel! 👍🖤

I have been watching this guy make stuff for a while now! And his style is the most unique! Love it! One of the reasons why I was inspired to get on with my own channel! I hope I can show my own style as well some day!
Unbelievable skill as always, I would love to see you tackle storage pieces like shelves, book cases or a chest of draws, but with your twist to the classic standard that has been used over and over. I really like your use of electronics in this video and it would be awesome to see something boring like these items turned into a modern futuristic piece like this table.

Man I just found your channel. I love the budget hacks and techniques you show. Just shows you dont need every tool on the planet to build pro grade stuff if you just think outside the box. Got my sub 👍
Seen this a few times while searching for other things and finally watched it. Other than the fact it would be too heavy for me to move, I love it. The design is very crisp and clean. I'd possibly do the wrap a little differently but that just personal OCD rather than anything else.
@@justACCh I know it's hard is some countries to get tools easily. I recommend that you start really simply - get a hand saw and make some shelves. The satisfaction of making it will give you more inspiration and perhaps you can ask friends/neighbours to borrow one tool at a time.
Actually you can make a lot of things with basic handtools. It just takes longer than with power tools. Look around 2ndhand shops for some used tools and repair what you can. My best hand saw is 2ndhand WoodbyWright the RUclips channel shows a lot of techniques you can use, including dovetails or dowels joints.
I'll admit it's been a couple of months since I've watched one of your videos, but the "Where I'm At" part is so immensely helpful to following along. Love that you started doing that!
you can add an Alexa enabled relay card(DIY 5V 12V Inching/Self-locking Wifi Switch)and Time Delay Relay so you can just say "alexa watch tv " and it will open it and turn on the projector
So would you consider making these and selling them!? Or having pre-made kits that you can sell so we can assemble it? I’d definitely be a customer!!! 🙌
he can't really do that because it can be REALLY REALLY expensive for someone to mass produce these out of their garage or whatever and even if he managed to find a factory to produce these it would still cost significantly more than what someone like IKEA could do as this is just a super cheap coffee table made to look more premium by covering it in vinyl and gloss and adding in a $10-$20 outlet and getting like $20-$30 worth of electronics built in to it to make it open automatically besides the electronics and the outlet the table would probably sell for like under $50 at an IKEA. ALSO all the power tools and accessories for them that are required for this can EASILY be bought for under $100 altogether such as a circular saw/nail gun and drill and so on but most people have drills anyway so its probably only the circular saw and nail gun that you may want to get but you could always do the nailing the old fashioned way and use a hammer. Its not hard to do
Glen, your videos are so damn good they make me wanna be your assistant. Just hold the camera as I learn with and from you. Glen, I have a suggestion.
