Your sizing chat works great. I'd get a size up depending your lifestyle and winter time wear. base layer does have a size factor for sizing and wear in the cold month's
Can't wait to get a pair of these, I started collecting the Elephant series at 9 and got a restock of the 7s..missed the 8s which is one I REALLY wanted. Love heavy weight denim so I'm gonna try to get every one of the series as I can going forward
Literally got mine today and wearing as I type. For fit I went with my usual in N&F which is a 31 (I’m 6’3 and about 168lbs) and it’s awesome, love the texture and look plus the weight while I was worried is so good. If anyone is on the fence I’d recommend getting these. Perfect for cooler pacific north west weather too 😊 The only comment I'll say and maybe it's just because I'm a slender guy with not much of an ass or hips is that the area where the pockets/crotch are have quite a bit of room with the fabric bunching up when I sit down or move around, almost as if there was slightly too much fabric, to me it seems a bit too much but just my opinion.
For the elephant 12 or 13 I would love a 20 oz ecru selvedge that’s not slubby, sort of like you’re natural seed denim but cranked up to 20 oz and selvedge. I have the raw cotton selvedge and I absolutely love them
That was actually the original idea for the next Elephant Denim because we were having trouble making the E11 Stretch version. We were planning on Elephant Ecru. This will happen, stay tuned.
I have the E9 jacket and the X jeans. The jacket is probably my favourite fabric of the two. I need to wear the X jeans fully, so may pass on the 11 and look forward to 12 or 13.

I just ordered a pair. I can't wait! I have a pair of Elephant 9's and I love them. I dig the static look of these
The E9's also use the construction base of the E5. So these will feel familiar but they'll have a darker indigo warp with that static interior.

Will these produce high contrast fades?
There will produce some of the highest contrast, the thickness of the wear patterns will ensure that. Fades will look extra exaggerated.

According to the size chart for the jacket, the XS has a 20.5 inch chest measurement. That's a little big for an XS isn't it? Any reason for this?
Probably upped the size due to the heavy weight nature. Heavy weight jackets feel harder to wear vs heavy jeans
