    You vibe well with them. An adult conversation between a certified craftsman and a well informed interviewer. Its nice to see adults teaching, learning and sharing without juvenile stunts for clout and to cover up ignorance.
    Keep up the good work.

    Bro you are comfortably removed from the parasitic world of fashion yet honing in on what it's ultimately all about, exposing trade secrets and educating us all on the actual worth of clothes. New fav RUclipsr fr keep at it!

      Watching a few "architecture" videos doesn't make you "informed" about architecture, son. Likewise with "fashion" videos. Your ignorance of fashion really is so evident, parrotting the "parasitic" nature of fashion, which really no one worth a graint of salt in fashion gives a shit about, but here we have this clown parrot out this propaganda virtue signaling shit on fashion, which is just one of thousands of "parasitic" nature of industries, son.

      @AtkinsAtelier 10 месяцев назад +3

      @@Seaa923they run around 300$ give or take. I want some but man Id like to see what I look like in each style. These seem to have a more American Grease era look with rolled up legs, a more boxy straight look, im very tall and skinny but normally dont like that straight look. But man i love the indigo color.

    Another great video. Again, I appreciate the mutual respect for the craft and culture. It's a bit sad to hear that the new generation is not picking up the tradition of craftsmanship. It's a shame that this type of craft (along with other trades) is not taught here in the USA.

    12 ounces is at most a midweight denim. Realistically a low weight. So calling it very rigid due to weight is a bit of misinformation. Sometimes the unwashed denim still has starch in it from the dying that will have a stiffening effect on the fabric. Independent of its weight.

    • @wlasry
      @wlasry  10 месяцев назад +2

      Not about the weight. My remark is because its traditionally indigo dyed and 32-dip. Makes the fabric very rigid.

    • @daniel79tj
      @daniel79tj 9 месяцев назад

      certain cultures dont or didn't wear jeans, , it was also seen badly if you wore them over your 20s. Its not about being poor as jeans are pretty much blue collar/rural workers clothes , so the opposite actually happened in some of those urban settings where suits, khakis, chinos was the big boys clothing.

    Not the waist of the jeans but the yolk of the jeans and that’s a flat felled seam.
    Also, It’s called barracking and that is a barracking machine not thicker stitching lol
    How you got this far and don’t know these simple things is a mystery or your audience is just clueless being led by the clueless.
    Goodly k on your journey of no secrets.
