I noticed that during this entire chapter Ruby was Sarina and she had no stars in her eyes. In contrast Aqua always kept his stars, even if at the end it dropped back to a single light star. So Aqua still has the eyes of a liar for this chapter. I don't know if he's lying to himself by resisting Ruby, or if he's still revenge obsessed and lying to Ruby to get what he wants, but incest hasn't won yet. I'm still holding out hope that now Ruby has finally fulfilled the dream and wishes of Sarina that she'll let it go and accept that Aqua isn't Gorou anymore.
Remember Ruby told Aqua to support his idol to find meaning in his life, and who was Gorou's Idol? Who has been Aqua's Idol his entire life? Ai. So there's a real possibility that she's pushing him down the same path as Hikaru, where anything goes and to regret nothing if it's for your idol.

When Aqua was talking to Gorou (also his past life) in his dream, Gorou gets abit overprotective of the idea of Aqua taking a move on Sarina (Ruby) but Aqua states that he considers Ruby as a sister and nothing more. Therefore, the possibility of them two getting together and possibly having a child which is reincarnated Ai will not happen! The next chapter of the manga might aswell be Ruby trying to move on from Aqua (Gorou) and cancell the marriage plan.

When Aqua was talking to Gorou (also his past life) in his dream, Gorou gets abit overprotective of the idea of Aqua taking a move on Sarina (Ruby) but Aqua states that he considers Ruby as a sister and nothing more. Therefore, the possibility of them two getting together and possibly having a child which is reincarnated Ai will not happen! The next chapter of the manga might aswell be Ruby trying to move on from Aqua (Gorou) and cancell the marriage plan.
