Hello Balakrishnan. I love Sri M's explanations! Clear and easy to understand. As I am understanding, as I am now, he wants dialog from us. Post a question and he knows what we are ready to hear. Post a comment and he knows what we need to learn. Each video is an opportunity to be in closer communion. And an opportunity to be in satsang, to talk with other seekers. I don't have anyone in my small town. A phrase I read, something I'll remember for a long time. "Just love and all will fall in place." I needed to hear this. Om Shanti Shant Shanti
@@JaneB1 You said it right. He is ready to answer is. We are lucky to have him. I would definitely like to be his disciple when the time comes. As your statement goes, unconditional love will definitely make things fall in place. That's what we lack in this fast life. Namaskaram 🙏
Going unconscious, that's what it seems like when I drift off (often) from focused attention. OBE (out of body) researchers say that the body jerks when self makes an abrupt reentry into the body. So, maybe the jerking is a good sign. The self brings the meditator back to aware meditation from a deep sleep. As I recall, the brains of spiritual giants are producing short, fast gamma waves when in a highly focused and highly aware state. (Takes some time to build neural pathways.) Long, slow delta waves are deep sleep. If I remember this right, some remarkable physical results are produced by a few who are awake when their brains are producing the delta waves of deep sleep. 💙 for you all and Sri M 💕
It's when your brainwaves change frequency. Going from alpha to theta to delta. Guruji knows what that guy means although he has trouble explaining it and explains it so simply - sleep is coming. The brain is entering the delta state - that jerk is common between theta and delta waves. Some call it the delta bump. It occurs just before you are about to enter into sleep.
Sir when can i meet you? I went to your Bangalore office but they said you don't stay in Bangalore. If I go to your AP ashram, can i get to stay with you for a day Or two? If thr a contact number for ashram? I am kind of lost with so many questions that are hunting me last many years... Plz guide me
Guruji pranam.... I have also few concern when I sit to meditate... I got asleep. Sometime and often I start murmuring unconsciously and certain things forcefully comes into my mind without my concent.... What is this?
Six to eight hours is said to be normal. It seems to depend on health (physical) and stress levels (quality of sleep) and high vibe energy (spiritual). If understood correctly, Sri M talks about how our thoughts are key (and bhakti) to improve whatever, including sleep. My husband of many years slept 5 or 6 hours, sometimes less, often with 60 or 80 hour work weeks. I needed 10 to 12 hours for years just to keep going for the 40 hour work week. Reports about spiritual giants say maybe 3 hours, and some don't "sleep" at all but rest in bliss.
I am irritated with this guru’s video initially. If guru’s bugging us like this, we can’t open up in public. Gurus need to understand and deal accordingly
Haha Sri M was just playing around till 1:15 mins , he knew exactly what the question was ... i guess everyone goes through this 🙏
Yes everyone experience it
He is The real Guru and guide. Unlike others, whatever explanation he gives is crystal clear to the seekers. 🙏❤️

But alpha waves has less frequency than Theta
It should be theta to Alpha to delta
So how to avoid

How much duration of sleep is required for a normal person?
