Once found a woman in Skyrim who asked me to use it on her. She turned into a rabbit. I killed said rabbit because I was curious.
Nothing happened.
I used it to turn someone into a sweetroll. Then reverse-pickpocketed it onto a guard. Then tried to pickpocket it off the guard and he said I'd committed crimes against Skyrim and her people. True story.
No it uses random spells of destruction, transformation and empowerment on enemies, so yeah, you can accidentally buff your enemies :D

same, my depression got worse a couple of months ago (don't mess with your med dosage on your own, kids) and his videos really helped me. it was like i could tune out everything for 10 minutes at a time and that was like a mini vacation every time.

The Wabbajack you get from the Sheogorath quest is literally my favorite weapon in the game. Nothing beats turning a mountain lion or a pesky will-o-wisp into a rat or a sheep to make it easier to kill for your character build.

Ahhh, Wabbajack turns the enemy into a random thing. It just happened to randomly not work that time. You should definitely try it again!
That quest is even better if you've already completed Shivering Isles expansion, which makes you into the new Sheogorath. Because you're talking to yourself, and giving yourself the quest, and your butler asks if you're okay, but then concludes well you are the god of madness after all so fair enough.
Kevin...the Wabbajack is the weapon you need to use. It could not be more of a troll weapon.
You basically do random stuff whenever you shoot someone with it. You either shoot magical damage of any kind at the enemy, OR you transform your enemy into something else. For example imagine you fight against a Bear. You use wabbajack and the bear turns into a chicken. Or the chicken turns into a Daedra. Anything can happen at random with that weapon.
Awww I was hoping the Wabbajack would transform the enemy into a chicken (like it should), welp.

Oblivion is still one of my favorite games. The quest on the bloated float actually happens to be one of the first quests I did when I played it. It's funny what you come across. Same with doing the quests for the Daedric princes.

Nah its all about the mod that changes out the models to be F-14s and the dragon battle music to top gun.
I could’ve sworn he already had a video where he messes around with different mods and the train one was one of them. Maybe not the dragons being trains, but it was in there....
Either that or I’ve just watched way too many mod videos for Skyrim, which could be very, very true.

My favorite mod was Hilarity mod. It added spells like falling boulders on target, falling horse, 100% rage, invincibility, and scale increase on target, turn target into a mudcrab, and a whole host of other insane things. The other one was a pushing mod. It gave you the ability to ragdoll anyone without triggering a fight.
The Wabbajack can be a hilarious weapon. It adds random effects to the target, and I mean *random* effects. I believe it can even transform them into random things.
2019 and I still play Oblivion. I have beat the game 8 times.

The Wabbajack is basically a randomized spell. You can turn peasant into an immortal being with 100 damage that’s hostile towards you and everyone else in the game, or you can turn a dangerous enemy into a chicken with 1 health that is an instakill.
You didn't even turn people into cheese and random shit with the Wabbajack! That staff WAS MADE FOR YOUR KEVIN!!!
