- It is perhaps the blockbuster case of the latest U.S. Supreme Court term. The immunity case for former President Donald Trump that Justice Neil Gorsuch predicted would be “a decision for the ages.” The question for the justices was under what circumstances - if any - a former president has immunity from criminal prosecution.
Also, Supreme Court said, you can’t assume Trumps intent. So how can you assume his intent to cause violence on J6?
Dummy , all you have to do is look at his-story with all the mass killing around America. 😅😅 Isn't thats a word that the police officers use when they kill citizens here in united states of america "assumptions" by suspicions. That would cause their rulings to be under extreme pressure and fear of removal instead of what the constitution says...exactly why the constitution has these checks and balances in place and why SCOTUS is set up the way it is. Be careful what you wish for...it can backfire on both parties.

Does the supreme courts Judges understand ( no one is above the law including the President of United States ) as clear as the water indicates in the constitution.
My understanding is, his conviction was based on some evidence that was covered under presidential immunity. So those facts can no longer be used for the case against him. So they have to retry him without that evidence. And see if they can still get a conviction without it. 🤷♀️

Scotus can dance around this presidential immunity but know Thomas , Alito and Kavanagh just ended their own careers . For so long the scotus justices has been set in stone therefore in modern time which is now serious changes is growing in regards to law and ethics . The scotus justices will be under supervision by oversight , checks and balances by the republican minority leader which is Mitch McConnell if , he be around .
