The problem with electing a right wing nominee is that saying one thing and then doing another , just look at the supreme court justices taking an oath not to overturn Roe and then over turning it , among other laws that have been precedence and have done the same
or leftie logic isn't based in fact or common sense. But hey, they will change the laws specifically to go after one man, "orange man bad". It doesnt prove anything other than when lefties don't get their way, they cheat. Who supports men competing in women's sports? Lefties. Who wants to pack the supreme court? Lefties. Who wants to claim election fraud from 2016 all the way up to 2020, but then deny any election fraud took place in 2020?? Lefties. Connecticut even had one of their elections overturned in 2023 due to Democrat fraud, but according to the left, it never happened in 2020 right??

Wasn’t it Chief Justice Robert’s when appointed in 2005, said that he believed no one is above the law? Must have forgotten about that one.

That's not what the decision says. The courts will decide what is and isn't an official PRESIDENTIAL act, before the case continues. Here in America, we don't allow the current administration to stop an opponent from campaigning.

this case is really inconsequential, and the official business of the president must be defined. Congress has some work to do in order to close this down. According to sotomayor the short bus, Trump is immune for murder if he first has congress pass a law saying he can murder someone as part of his official job. Then the supreme court has to look the other way on judicial review, and then Trump can commit murder. the official work of the president is described by law, so sotomayor would literally have to vote to approve a murder in order for trump to have the power to murder. does the supreme court regularly give the president the power to murder individuals presumably inside the usa/citizens?
