Installed 1997.
This store was formerly a John Wanamaker's then Hecht's, and became a Bed Bath and Beyond on the 2nd floor, and Giant (former Genuardi's) grocery store on the 1st floor in 1997. Giant is on the other side of the wall you see when you look out the elevator. Giant also has a small freight elevator installed the same year as this with Epco SSL that goes down to the basement loading dock for Giant/BB&B AND DSW which is next door.
