18 weeks tomorrow and I can’t believe how fast this pregnancy’s gone, I swear my first wasn’t this quick lol. Baby girl is so active, I can’t wait until the anatomy scan in the next 2 weeks.

18 weeks in 2 days with twin girls and I think I've felt a few kicks now but I've been struggling with colds right now hopefully I feel better soon before the easy parts of 2nd trimester is over

Hi, can I use folic acid tablets in whole pregancy or only 1st trimester??
You should take prenatal vitamins that has folic acid through out your pregnancy.
You could take prenatal tablets. Try to get methylfolate which is the naturally occurring form of folate. Folic acid is man-made and has potential risks. Diet is also very important.

When pregnant women search for these kinds of videos, they are looking for reassurance in addition to quality information. If you cannot relay reliability and warmth through your words, I think you need to work on that. It's pretty shoddy and yes, truly distracting.
