@@HeyItsRyGuy Kaioken has been shown to be many times more draining than Great Ape, despite using x10 and x20 against Frieza prior, SSJ Goku was relatively fine, so the point still stands
Yeah but first impressions are always important and if this is what we’re gonna expect for research going forward for independent Death Battle it doesn’t bode well for the rest of the season.
It's really cool that Death Battle never ceases to amuse us, to most Bardock should have win, Omni-Man is a few thousand years older having more experience, the fact giving Bardock his super saiyan transformation and still making lose is insane, and Omni-man did NOT blow up the planet alone. I'm still disappointed on why Rooster Teeth never folded into Warner Bros Animation other than giving their franchises away is still very moronic thing, it would be better if this happens.
I am glad the episode is back. And I even did my own reaction video for the first time. Kinda inspired from your videos. Great reaction as always, and I am so glad DB is back. Question: Any tips and tricks on doing reactions? I want to improve my videos should I continue.
I'm glad too! As for your question, I think the best thing to remember with doing reactions is to keep a balance of listening and verbally responding. You want to pay attention to the video but also make sure that you're interjecting wherever you deem it relevant or wherever you really feel like you have stuff to say. Other than that, keep an open mind while watching but make sure you stay true to your opinions and feelings. And, of course, practice makes perfect, if it feels unnatural or anything like that to start, that will fade over time 👍
@@TheRappterThanks for replying and I will get better. I hope to improve for the future and continue showing my passion to the series. Stay awesome, and thanks again.
@Zezryface they wanted to wank Omniman and have Dragon Ball lose. The research team like Ultraguy, AkumaTh, and Speedy are insanely biased against Dragon ball. These are the same guys who tried to argue that DBS anime base Saiyans weren't god level, despite it being said in the series verbatim.
I may disagree with the outcome but this episode is amazing. From the analysis to the animation, the matchup had me invested all the way through. I respect their explanation for the results overa-IS THAT JOKER VS GIORNO?! OH NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Which of the future episodes are you looking forward to it? Personally, I'm looking forward to Mahito vs Shigaraki, Ash Ketchum vs Yugi Muto, and Hulk vs Godzilla. What about you guys?
@warsown4935 Also, how do you think Hulk vs Godzilla is going to go? I know Hulk currently is crazy powerful with him curbstomping odinforce Thor and Celestial armour Iron man, but composite Godzilla is also insanely powerful with his insane adaptability, regeneration, beating a being who merged two universes, matching classic Marvel Thor and Hercules with the latter being able to lift Heaven, and fighting through hell and defeating Satan himself being just a tip of the ice berg is just insane. What do you think?
@@ramzisalim2592 really, this matchup only works if they include the crazier continuities like singularity point or Godzilla in hell where it either becomes a god or fights god
So I’ve heard from multiple speculations that Joker vs Giorno was highly predicted as one of the four starters, and the other highly speculated episode discussed was Anne vs Luz, so I don’t know if that has a good chance of happening or if all this is just coincidental
@@e1iteyoshi998 I mean, Ash technically is superhuman with some of the shit he's done such as casually holding that Cosmoem Pokemon that weighs 2200 lbs. Yugi would have to mind crush him or send him to the Shadow Realm which is probably what the context will be (a duel with rules where neither are directly harmed). So really it's all about Ash's pokemon vs Yugi's duel monsters and I'd say that most pokemon casually scale higher than most duel monsters minus the Egyptian gods and Exodia. (which will probably be how Yugi wins if he does)
@@e1iteyoshi998 Most of the ones he owns are the stronger ones anyways. The biggest factor is whether or not they'll give him Greninja (technically released) and Charizard (kinda released but came back). They're both pretty strong but like I said he still has plenty of strong pokemon like Pikachu who has fought god pokemon before.
Even with the numbers presented I’m surprised they gave the win to Nolan. The strength, experience, and stamina advantages don’t seem like they’d be enough to overcome the far faster speed they gave Bardock but oh well. Episode was hype and DevilArtemis cooked as usual.
I mean if you do take the numbers as presented, I do think the outcome is correct. Because yes, the speed advantage is by far the biggest gap between any of their stats, but what win-con does it really give Bardock? He can avoid Nolan's hits, about if Bardock even goes for a clash (and this is not improbable as he is a proud Saiyan warrior) then he's going to lose it. But even if he plays the fight as smart as he can; his best strategy looks to be to stay out of Omni-man's range and spam him with his best Ki attacks 20 at a time to make up the durability difference. And that's why I think the stamina disadvantage ended up the deciding factor, because a strategy like that is going to eat into that finite ki supply of Bardock's pretty fast, and that won't bode well for him.
They did say in the Death Battle Cast that the stretch goals are going to be sprinkled in between the unrevealed episodes, so most likely we won't get two stretch goals in a row. Which will be good if true because I love the surprise of finding a new match!
You know Deathbattle is back when the first thing they do is have the Dragonball community crawl out of the woodwork with torches and pitchforks because of the verdict and claiming that "dEAtHbAtTlE dOesN't uNDerStaND sCaLinG". If we thought Omni-Man vs Bardock is bringing the salt, then get ready for Joker vs Giorno, because I most certainly imagine one fanbase is gonna be livid no matter how you come to the conclusion of the winner in that particular fight. Either way, I'm glad Deathbattle is back, and I enjoyed the episode. Devil Artemis did a great job on the fight animation and the editors did phenomenal work as usual.
Whats funny is the thumbnail subtly tells us the winner bardock looks terrified as shit while noland is just looking calmly like "yea you know you're fucked" it's like death battle was taunting the db fanbase
I'll admit to be very surprised at this outcome as several people including yourself and the G1 blog had me convinced that Bardock was going to win. The one thing I question about the strength feat is that there were three Viltrumites who destroyed the planet so shouldn't Omni-Man have only been given a third even if he was the strongest one there?
@@Chris_HTTbf, it was weakened by an star destroying weapon, and those 3 people were there not because they needed that many people, but because they didn't want to leave things to chance (especially considering there were actually going to be 5 people involved, but the other 2 were intercepted) Then again, I haven't read Invincible's comics, so if there are things I'm missing, let me know
@@XenoGenerator Well they said they’d DIE from it if they did it wrong, and +, it’s not like they were ramming into the entire planets surface, it was into its WEAKENED core. So in terms of durability and power, that’s a downscale from what they make it out to be. True it’s better to leave 3 people in case but the fact that they make it clear they might die from it makes it clear they needed the 3 people, since having less would just be wraps since it’s gonna be impossible. (obviously)
@@Chris_HT True, they weren't ramming into all of it, just going through... But they still cause it to explode. Sure, they would scale to 1/3 of it, but that's still impressive considering the core tanked a star-busting shot and had to be pierced by 3 Viltrumites to finished the job. As you said, at best they would downscale, but they would still be in the Small Star - Star lvl range, at least I think so But that would still be just a precaution rather than a necessity, wouldn't it? At least to me, that sounds as them just making sure it was destroyed, rather than needing many people to do the job
I was at the premiere. It was hype. Though a group in the audience booed at Omni man winning. Also, half the audience was probably drunk because the premiere was at a comedy club with an open bar.
Frieza to nolan: "I'm going to torture you until your screams can be heard in the vacuum of space!" Broly: "I'll kill yooouuu!" Beerus: "I am the impossible!" Vegeta (GT): "Ripoff." Roshi: "Only cowards let others do their fighting for them!" #18:"what a pest" Hercule:"Watch closely, you're about to witness the real deal!"
It's not like I disagree with the result, but what about the Zenkai boost? The boost of power that Sayians gets when they recover of damage, if Bardok was able to barely survive Frieza's planet destructor attack and recover, Bardok should become stronger, I don't know if (I won't say) enough to be totally or almost on pair with Omni-Man, but of course more to keep up. Another thing is, as much impressive Omni-Man's regeneration is and can heal almost any wound, is not fast enough to heal at time in the fight. Also as much strong and tough Viltrumites are, when they fight hard a lot of times their "inside go out", but Saiyans as much damage they take, their "inside" like never go out, that level of injuries has never been shown in Saiyans, not that I remember hehe. And if Bardock is that fast to overpass Omni-Man by really far, he could dodge and react like any attack from Nolan and Attack so fast that Omni-Man can not react or dodge, and hit harder with the speed of the impact. Maybe, I guess, it's my opinion, it's just a theory.
Well regarding the Zenkai boost, I’m pretty sure they didn’t give him one for surviving the planet destroying attack because, y’know…canonically, he didn’t survive it. They seemed to only take the Bardock special into consideration as a “plausible what if” to suggest Bardock was on the cusp of unlocking Super Saiyan at the moment of his death; not as actual events to scale him to. Statwise, the Bardock used was from right before his death. (Although I suppose it’s been a while since I read/watched his story. Remind me, did anything happen to Bardock that should’ve gotten him Zenkai boost between him being put on king Vegeta’s level and his death at Frieza’s hand?)
DEATH BATTLE! is back, and that means The Rappter's back, baby! I've been anticipating your reaction for this fight all day! And yeah, I'm with you on everything you said about it, this fight was amazing! Easily the best way to kick off Season 11! I was also rather confident that Bardock was gonna win, but I could totally see Omni-Man winning. And the salty folks can say what they want, I can agree with this outcome. I'm just happy to have DEATH BATTLE! back, and starting the season with a loss will only make my future wins even more enjoyable. Which is why I'm praying I can get a win next time with Joker; beyond excited!
They used the Nolan highball and the Bardock midball lmao. Not mad though, fight was really fun to watch and the track is good, and while I disagree with where they placed Bardock, they explained their reasoning quite solidly.
At the moment, I can see a lot of advantages on Joker's side. - Can likely handle more physical effort, as he frequently leads direct battles against forces that distort and dominate the wholes of their cognitive worlds (whether that means planet or universe might not even matter here). Gold Experience Requiem, meanwhile, is noted to only have a fair bit more physical power than its normal state (which is about city-level). - Even with all the absurd skills that Gold Experience Requiem has overall, Joker's ability to wield multiple Personas means he can have even more options - even absurd ones like healing from physical blows. - Even if Gold Experience Requiem can deplete a target's willpower, that still wouldn't matter against a Persona user. Personas, by nature, shield and anchor their bearers' willpower, even against superior forces like Yaldabaoth and Salmael. ...So the only real hurdle Joker would have is Gold Experience Requiem's weird rewinding power, which would be like a constant auto-life for Giorno. Unless the form is temporary, I'm not sure how he'll get around that and break what would otherwise be a stalemate.
I say joker wins. Giorno with ger is powerful but not unbelievable. For example in eyes of heaven ger was beaten out by the world over heaven. Yes that game isn't canon but its a what if scenario had dio won. It shows against other reality warping/erasing powers get can win. While ren survived a reality erasing attack from a multiverse level god yaldabouth. Then literally one shots him. Then beats the counselor who inherited yaldabouths power. Ren wins.
Personally I believe Bowers vs eggman is gonna be last episode for this year cause when think about it would make most sense since 1 out four episodes it seems it would have biggest scale given army fight (and I doubt reminding mystery episode is gonna be army battle as well) which leads to 2 reason it probably gonna need most work on if they gonna make the most of both armies potential so they want give it as much time as possible finally 3 it just make sense to save the most easily icon fight for last for end year and to celebrate a new age for death battle cause I see these four fights as the transfer from old age of death battle (rooster teeth) to the new age (being independent)
If they were going to give bardock super saiyan they should have just gave him up 4 like he has in the xeno continuity. I'm happy they get to keep their careers, But this was really bad.
As a big fan of both this fight was good the reason he says the f word at the end is because he’s sick of killing at this point in his story he’s trying to atone
Yeah I feel like Omni-Man could go toe to toe with SS1 maybe SS2, but SS3+, Orange Namekian, Super Android, Ultra Instinct, Ultra Ego, Beast forms would easily wipe the floor with Omni Man and you would need Thor or Superman to take on those forms.
I'm going to say this real quick for premiere before and probably somewhere else my history with death battle is Great as well as the shows I watch for my childhood and still watch to this day I remember when I was looking for RoboCop vs Terminator videos and suddenly I come across this channel and also discover ScrewAttack (it was during 2014s when the show was having a second season and and became a fan ever since. also I'm a fan of smg4 around that year but that's a different story) I do have sometimes occasional faulty memories but email and I remember about the full screen buying ScrewAttack and later becoming a division of Rooster Teeth. and then years later alongside a couple of employees left ScrewAttack rebranded to death battle I remember the last few years of Rooster Teeth is death battle I remember the day when it was announced that Rooster Teeth was shutting down ( and this was also around the same week when Mattpat had retired even though I barely watch Game Theory and also Akira Toriyama passing away) with full shutdown happening on months later. I was feeling sad that day despite the behind the scenes issues death battle went in definite Hiatus until July 25th where are they decided to go independent and host a Kickstarter campaign it was able to raise its initial goal with just 21 minutes ( looking at the third fastest Kickstarter funded alongside cyberpunk 2077 board game and explosive kittens) end up raising around 737k I'm happy that death battle came back Anyways the episode itself it was an epic to its return as well as an independence although I feel like Bardock should have won but I'll be fine with the results at the ending is a little anticlimactic yeah I feel like bro I should have one but I'll be fine as for the next time about time also I know we're going for a monthly by monthly but I do hope you get a bit of a release date to be honest
One thing to keep in mind is that they are using a composite Bardock(mixing manga canon, anime filler and non-canon specials) while only sticking to the canon Omni-Man, if they had stuck purely to the canon Bardock or included Omni-Man’s crossover scaling this would’ve been much more one-sided.
So I got done seeing the newest Death Battle and honestly: I’m bit disappointed in it. Like as far as season openers go it’s not Lara Croft vs Nathan Drake levels of bad, but it’s comparable to Green Lantern vs Ben 10 if I’m being honest research wise. Fantastic animation though.
It’s not the worst season opener I’ve seen. Again feel free to look back at Lara Croft vs Nathan Drake as my example. I’ve seen worse but after the string of amazing season openers this one was a disappointment.
@@l0sts0ul89 Probably because a lot of people are thinking they'll get a rematch. As a fan of Ben 10 I'm fine with the original outcome so long as the animation makes sense.
@zhanbossi5511 Sorry, but even still, Vader and Bardock should have won or at least the explanations as to why they lost should have been explained better.
@RE-ol5ws that's fair, but I'm fine with what we have. If they would had put the legendary ones in and they still lost, then I'm gonna be hugely disagreed
I knew that Omni man was going to win,he has the experience and strength and stamina to win p.s am I the only one or should we get goku vs mark Grayson aka invincible. The whole match got pumped for the rest of the death battle episodes
It’s funny that they are finally back and if Omni man winning wasn’t controversial enough then they decided to do one of the most controversial fights ever 😅
I still don’t agree with the sun disk feat, both doesn’t fit scaling wise nor narrative wise for invincible, it’s also a highball of the feat, given several others have brought up the Disk have gotten a lot lower calcs, It’s working based off a lot of assumptions while changing both the size and distance that the disk is from the planet not being the same as what the show had given- especially since at no point does it say it’s made to ‘completely’ block the sunlight like they go with, while also assuming the speed of the blast used to break the Disk. They even admit the planet bust for Omniman wasn’t split in the calc in the box, a feat made to show the limits the Viltrumites had *after* the sun disk, not accounting for the fact it’s said they need to destabilize the core, and all 3 of the Viltrumites need to hit it at the exact same time or they would die. It also technically lowballs Bardock as they had brought up his base was considered on par with Gas (stated to be stronger then Ginyu in the episode) but only compared him to KV’s 10k feat, meaning just based on the 100k he should’ve been plus super Saiyan, Bardock should’ve been much stronger, along with his Saiyan growth should allow him to catch up and surpass Nolan in power by their own metrics, and the stamina issues of SSJ rarely become an actual problem, they tend to last a long time even without proper training.
Hey Rapter im not sure if youll see this but im genuinely wondering what you think about this episodes outcome? Because ive never seen so many debunked videos for a death battle episode in just one week of it being released but these videos aren't from angry, bias DragonBall fanboys, these are people who genuinely do scaling of their own and shows proof that even with the high balls that Death Battle gave Omniman, Bardock should still win by a comfortable margin. Scaling to characters who has feats that towers just a star level. Also just to note i am not mad at them or anything. Yes i wss rooting for Bardock but i would very much accept him losing if its done by true logic. This left me a bit disappointed as the very latest episode turns out to be the very first time that i 100% believe that they an outcome got wrong. But i wonder what you think since you've been a versus debater yourself. I've yet to see any agree that Omniman should have won and ive see A LOT of versus debaters and scalers come to the same conclusion in their own way.

I don't think Giorno stands as good a chance as others think. Even if we include the fight with Heaven Ascended DIO, he ins only Universe level and failed to suppress his powers. Meanwhile Joker, while having his power suppressed was up against a MUCH stronger foe than Giorno. I don't really think Giorno can actually disable Joker's power or without it being a no-limit fallacy. Personally that is the reason Bowser vs Ganon was so bad. Boswer had every advantage, being millions of times more powerful and the like, but Ganon won only due to Bowser not having holy weapons, which to me is utter BS, as there has been non-Holy weapons that have harmed him, and I don't thenk atomization is something Ganon can recover from
I like the analysis, I like *most* of the fight, but that ending is just weird. I really feel like Omni could have said something much more fitting than "...FUCK". Like "upstart" or "idiot" or something. Also at their arm clash earlier on, Bardock has a frickin Bob's Burger's chin and it's a really weird thing to notice. And they kinda weirdly claim that blowing up Arlia was a feat by Super Saiyan Vegeta. Vegeta DID it but it was YEARS before he achieved that form. He just kinda...did it. Stood in his capsule and fired at the planet with his bare hand.
How so? They gave Bardock Non Canon SSJ AND Anime feats while downplaying his speed. Why shouldn't the sun disk feat (The reason why Omni Man won) be counted?
@@DHworldwide185the reason people are mad is that sun disk feat isn’t meant to be that strong death battle just made it way stronger than it actually is Plus omnimans feat of destroying a giant planet, they forgot to mention that he did that with 2 other viltrumites and the planet was basically dying, counting that, that feat shouldn’t be stronger than king vegeta blowing up 3 planets by raising his arm
The king vegeta planet feat and goku shooting the moon are non canon and don't apply here. Bardock is nowhere near as fast at they say, putting him at light speed is a big stretch. Goku wasn't even light speed during the saiyan saga.

I really hope the title two their matches would have a 2 in it like metwo vs shadow 2 instead of the usualy remake bs
The fight animation and Track for the fight is awesome. I know some don't like the Calculation and the result but hey, this is their 1st eps return so wouldn't complain much, especially after see what we got next after this.
Yeah but to me it doesn’t exactly give me a lot of confidence in the research department going forward.
We can't complain much? They've been doing this for ten years and we raised three quarters of a million to bring them back.
@@DriverOfTheBlades2.0 That's true. But part me of thinks they took a hit in the research department due to the budget cuts.
I love this episode but I respectfully disagree with the verdict.
Good what I get upset about is when people are very rude and entitled about it
23:57 here’s the problem with the whole “not experienced with super saiyan” thing, Goku wasn’t experienced with the form in the Frieza saga because that was the first time he turned into it, yet he still beat Frieza who probably has more experience than Goku in that saga, even has more experience with his forms.
He also had oxygen and still knocked out of the form for a while
Probably fatigue from turning into a great ape and then SSJ. I believe that was DB’s argument that the stamina drain from both forms would be drastic
@@HeyItsRyGuy Kaioken has been shown to be many times more draining than Great Ape, despite using x10 and x20 against Frieza prior, SSJ Goku was relatively fine, so the point still stands
This result was really interesting!
Controversy aside, Omni Man vs Bardock is the best premiere for Independent Death Battle. It’s in my top 10 along with Omni Man vs Homelander.
Yeah but first impressions are always important and if this is what we’re gonna expect for research going forward for independent Death Battle it doesn’t bode well for the rest of the season.
I am glad my vote was with Nolan but I wouldn’t care if Bardock won. Either way welcome back Death Battle!
Feels so good to see the GOAT back with the Death Battle Reactions 😁
The audible disappointment in the audiences voice when they revealed Bardock’s speed was incredible. You could feel how collectively everyone felt.
Oh?
The Dragon Ball fans are angry at the results , WE ARE SO BACK!!!
Yeah we are so back love to see it
Well yeah because its actually a genuinely weird and by the own logic, Wrong
Ngl they have actual reason to be angry tho, they got robbed
@@karbyboi8489 ehh?? I think this matchup is closer than what we thought before. Using robbery is a bit of a stretch
@@lssjgabriel575 its not that close if bakugou goes into the ape form and is def not close at all if he goes super saiyan lmao
I’m so excited that death battle is back
Regardless of the outcome, this was a pretty good episode.
Despite how I feel about the wonky scaling, this was such a great episode for death battle to come back to! were eating good this season!
The Problem I have with this battle is just that they didn't divide the planet feat
Like they gave Omni-Man ALL the power needed when he specifically stated he couldn't do it alone plus Space racer had to destabilize the core as well
@Zezryface they wanted to wank Omniman and have Dragon Ball lose.
Also Mahito v Shigaraki and Ash v Yugi. Also really excited for traveler vs aang
@warsown4935 I heard they will be reintroducing Godzilla in the Marvel Ultimate comic series, where he is powered by gamma radiation like the Hulk
@@ramzisalim2592 well Godzilla has always been a radiation powered behemoth.
Bro ur reactions are top tier
I was screaming like a demon once I saw Joker Vs Giorno was announced
So I’ve heard from multiple speculations that Joker vs Giorno was highly predicted as one of the four starters, and the other highly speculated episode discussed was Anne vs Luz, so I don’t know if that has a good chance of happening or if all this is just coincidental
Ash vs Yugi and Ben vs Green Lanturn part 2
No doubt Yugi wins against Ash. Love Ash as a protagonist but he’s not overpowered outside of the world of Pokémon.
(which will probably be how Yugi wins if he does)
@@autisonm Yeah but they're most likely gonna use Pokemon that he owns. Not ones that he only had temporarily.
If they can make BARDOCK lose to OMNI MAN, than Joker Vs. Giorno is gonna be insane.
I can't imagine the reaction if they do make Giorno win
@@gokubread2733 Us majority of jojo fans will be happy they wanked him into oblivion and/or downscaled Joker hehehehaw
Seeing my goat win like that and having my favorite show back was a good way to end the day.
I’m kinda pissed off they didn’t mention the black hole feat
It's so freaking good to see your reactions again... As well as everyone else, really !
To a long prosperous age of violent character murder !
I'd like to see you do a video all about match-ups for characters from the Invincible franchise
Even if they gave him 2/3rd to be generous they’re still ignoring the fact the planet was also weakened
@@Chris_HT Like I said I was surprised and this outcome is going to be fought about in the comments until the next fight.
@@Chris_HTTbf, it was weakened by an star destroying weapon, and those 3 people were there not because they needed that many people, but because they didn't want to leave things to chance (especially considering there were actually going to be 5 people involved, but the other 2 were intercepted)
Then again, I haven't read Invincible's comics, so if there are things I'm missing, let me know
@@XenoGenerator Well they said they’d DIE from it if they did it wrong, and +, it’s not like they were ramming into the entire planets surface, it was into its WEAKENED core.
As you said, at best they would downscale, but they would still be in the Small Star - Star lvl range, at least I think so
But that would still be just a precaution rather than a necessity, wouldn't it? At least to me, that sounds as them just making sure it was destroyed, rather than needing many people to do the job
I was at the premiere. It was hype. Though a group in the audience booed at Omni man winning. Also, half the audience was probably drunk because the premiere was at a comedy club with an open bar.
I didn't even notice that there was no Wiz and Boomstick cutaway, so that says a lot about its necessity lol
Omni Man to DBZ fans: “ what’s the matter, are you going to cry? “
Frieza to nolan: "I'm going to torture you until your screams can be heard in the vacuum of space!"

Beerus: "I am the impossible!"

Let’s all be honest, this episode has the best super sayain transformation ever
They used the Nolan highball and the Bardock midball lmao.
Not mad though, fight was really fun to watch and the track is good, and while I disagree with where they placed Bardock, they explained their reasoning quite solidly.
this is going to be the most controversial season even more than ben 10 vs hal
I love both characters so I knew I wasn’t gonna be mad either way. That said I’m still surprised they gave it to Omniman!
Ren wins.
Yeah I believe joker got this
Stated that GER was nullified because Giorno attacked first, if DIO were to attack him first, Requiem would nullify Over Heaven.
Another thing is that GER is not Top 1 in Jojo anymore, Wonder of U and Soft and Wet Go Beyond are stronger.
@@Amsel_616 Not at all
Wonder of U has no way of hurting Giorno with GER, the idea of GER only nullifying direct attacks is totally false
They did mention in the comments that Chief v Doomguy indeed won.
I wasn't expected Omni man to win and looks like a lot of people especially db fans are going on a frenzy because of it😅
How is that a death? His arm exploded
Loss of a lot of blood and and crashing down back into the planet
It seemed like he suffocated in space, the arm exploding was just what knocked him out of SSJ. The form being the one thing giving his blood oxygen.
A good episode overall, but the calcs were really, REALLY bad
Yeah I feel like Omni-Man could go toe to toe with SS1 maybe SS2, but SS3+, Orange Namekian, Super Android, Ultra Instinct, Ultra Ego, Beast forms would easily wipe the floor with Omni Man and you would need Thor or Superman to take on those forms.
Y’all ready for world war 3: internet edition?
I'm going to say this real quick for premiere before and probably somewhere else
my history with death battle is Great as well as the shows I watch for my childhood and still watch to this day
I remember when I was looking for RoboCop vs Terminator videos and suddenly I come across this channel and also discover ScrewAttack (it was during 2014s when the show was having a second season and and became a fan ever since. also I'm a fan of smg4 around that year but that's a different story)
I do have sometimes occasional faulty memories but email and I remember about the full screen buying ScrewAttack and later becoming a division of Rooster Teeth.
and then years later alongside a couple of employees left ScrewAttack rebranded to death battle
I remember the last few years of Rooster Teeth is death battle
I remember the day when it was announced that Rooster Teeth was shutting down ( and this was also around the same week when Mattpat had retired even though I barely watch Game Theory and also Akira Toriyama passing away) with full shutdown happening on months later. I was feeling sad that day despite the behind the scenes issues
death battle went in definite Hiatus until July 25th where are they decided to go independent and host a Kickstarter campaign it was able to raise its initial goal with just 21 minutes ( looking at the third fastest Kickstarter funded alongside cyberpunk 2077 board game and explosive kittens) end up raising around 737k
I'm happy that death battle came back
Anyways the episode itself it was an epic to its return as well as an independence although I feel like Bardock should have won but I'll be fine with the results at the ending is a little anticlimactic yeah I feel like bro I should have one but I'll be fine
as for the next time about time also I know we're going for a monthly by monthly but I do hope you get a bit of a release date to be honest
The. Why not include heroes and Xenoverse while they’re at it?
@@e1iteyoshi998 because then they would’ve to have used a composite Omni-man as well.
@@Andrew-Bastin That's never stopped them in the past.
This is like 6th? Ben Vs GL comment I've seen, impressive tbh
Hate to break it to you but it's not Ben 10 vs Green Lantern that's getting the rematch: It's Mewtwo vs Shadow apparently.
100 percent bardock should have won, that damn solar disk shouldn't have even been a factor
This episode was Vader vs Obito 2.0.
Fair enough. In both cases, they didn't use the legendary versions of Vader and Bardrock. That's why they lost
Luke skywalker is probably Mark's best matchup *imo*
You either know nothing about dbz or you're 5 gtfo 😂
Not surprised at all but Death Battle screwed up one thing. Bardock is stronger and Omni-Man is much faster. IDK why they reversed it
That makes Noland 2-0 in Death Battles. You know they may make him face Superman in the future and say he'll stand a better chance than Goku lol
Nah Goku blows up the entire verse
Base Goku alone would wipe the floor with Nolan. Superman’s killing him with his presence alone.
Trust me I know I was just joking since DB can be bias against Dragon Ball characters. They have a pretty nasty losing record
If they do make him fight Superman and win to piss off the Goku fanboys it'll be one of the weaker versions of Superman probably lol.

I don't really think Giorno can actually disable Joker's power or without it being a no-limit fallacy. Personally that is the reason Bowser vs Ganon was so bad.
The ending is Omni-man realizing that Bardock was a family man like him, and he feels self distain for killing him.

I hate to say it but this is the most bias fight since Dio vs Alucard (but besides that the episode was still amazing)
How so? They gave Bardock Non Canon SSJ AND Anime feats while downplaying his speed. Why shouldn't the sun disk feat (The reason why Omni Man won) be counted?
@@DHworldwide185the reason people are mad is that sun disk feat isn’t meant to be that strong death battle just made it way stronger than it actually is
Plus omnimans feat of destroying a giant planet, they forgot to mention that he did that with 2 other viltrumites and the planet was basically dying, counting that, that feat shouldn’t be stronger than king vegeta blowing up 3 planets by raising his arm
@@DHworldwide185Because the sun disk STATEMENT contradicts his ACTUAL FEATS
@@alimuhammad7370and also I heard that they had to hit the planet in a certain spot, otherwise they wouldn’t be able to do it at all or as easily.
@@gavin5724Don’t forget that they have to weaken the planet for it to also work
Why do these NPCs keep writing paragraphs in the comments like people are gonna read them
The king vegeta planet feat and goku shooting the moon are non canon and don't apply here. Bardock is nowhere near as fast at they say, putting him at light speed is a big stretch. Goku wasn't even light speed during the saiyan saga.
Give Omni Man 🧍♂️ Gladiator, The Sentry, Miracleman, Hyperion even Wonder 💭 Man from Marvel Comics and he gets destroyed
Unless they wanna nerf joker badly, he should definitely win
Also does anyone know when joker vs giorno is releasing
3 weeks from now probably. Next week we get joker, then the week after giorno, then finally the full episode
@@warsown4935 oh ok but does anyone know who’s animating it, I hope it’s not a pixel battle since I don’t like pixel jokers model and design that much
@@alimuhammad7370 I don’t know who would be animating it, but from the trailer they are using sprite animation for it
@@warsown4935 I don’t think it’s 100% confirmed it’s sprite animation and I really hope it isn’t since there are some beautiful 3d battle people have animated like joker vs snake
@@alimuhammad7370 well, let’s hold out hope
Bro, they missed this fight up so bad it gets the point where I have to agree with every Dragon Ball fan. Every time they make dragon Ball characters lose only character that has one was a super character, and that was Broly.
Android 18, Hercule, Beerus, Roshi, Vegeta in season 1, and Frieza all also won
Base form bardock 9-10k is enough to spank omni man, Oozaru 10x 100k can cripple omni man, ssj1 50x bardock half mil can wipe him clean without a speck. His just a soldier his goal is to conquer thats why he can't destroy any planets, but if does it.... King vegeta just raised his hand 3 planets kaboom duhhh....
This was the biggest bias imo
Death battle fans are such NPCs 😭🙏
AHHHHHHH-
