So fun that this is a Spring time flavour for you.
In Denmark we mostly make carrot cake in the Fall because of the spice combination.

Do you post the recipes? We are looking for the latest “energy ball “ proportions. Looks great and can’t wait to try it out.Thanks.
Made double batch of these but only used half almond butter and they still stuck well. A fussy teen loved them too. ❤ thanks a keeper
Gd idea... thx 4 the heads up I have one of those lol picky eaters... jeeez
Thank you my husband is type 2 diabetic so I look for no sugar ideas.😊
Thanks❤
Dani, i love your recipes, but i would love to see more frugal recipes. These are hard times and trying to save everywhere i can and eat healthy at the same time. Thank you for all you do.
Are they really that pricey? Is it because there are many ingredients? It looks to me as if there are only small amounts of everything and she said to substitute what you have on hand. I think I have most of these items in my cupboard.
❤❤❤❤Dani, love you so much❤❤❤❤Can you please post more tips on emotional eating, dieting etc on your second channel?Very very helpful ❤❤❤

Hi Dani! Thanks for sharing ❤ Hope you see me here. I gave Mama your wishes and she was Thrilled to receive Your Cookbook!!!! She bragged on about You to her guests, and the girls were all checking out your book!🙌! Let's just face it. You've become family to us over the years! 😉🥰
I hope your Mom had a lovely BD as well, dear! 🤗 Many blessings xo
Awe! LOVE this. How old is your Mama? She sounds like a wonderful human!
@@CleanandDeliciousDani 90, and she is, thank you! 💞
Carrots are amazing in everything. I love putting chopped carrots in my scrambled eggs. Why peel it through? You're processing everything together so as long as it's clean I don't think you need to peel the carrot. Def gonna make these tho 🤤
I will try the carrot cake energy balls.
Hope you enjoy
Its so beautiful when you mixit.❤
Thanks!
Trader Joe’s almond butter comes in unsalted, which is great! And its very loose, ideal for baking too.
Looks delicious….
These look amazing how many calories are in each one?
😊 1:05 Interesting recipe for 1:08 carrot balls😊 like
Yummy 😋
I love this! As a diabetic, I am looking for ways to bump up the protein but protein powder can be so expensive! It's kind of hard for people to get on a low fixed income. It really sucks sometimes. Thank you for sharing your recipes though
Have you considered collagen powder? If you have a Costco membership, or know someone with one, or someone can get you a gift card for it, there is 9 grams of protein in the bovine , no idea of the marine since I have an almost full bovine. My mom had a throat issue where everything had to be liquified or chewed to liquid. So I was sneaking scoops in wherever I could. If you make homemade jello with gelatin and juice - whatever you can use for diabetic, blueberry, cranberry, low glycemic fruits. I added in 4 scoops, but could have gone higher with real juice.
I add scoops into soups, scrambled eggs (I add water into powder first as the outside grabs the water and creates a powder bubble.) I add a scoop into a cup of coffee. Tastes different, but really helps.
We also switched to the sprouted oats, which are like steel cut oats, so blend them down first when making THIS recipe, again adds protein.
Sorry for hijacking the comment for these awesome balls that I can’t wait to make. lol. Today. Because we are always looking to incorporate more fun protein into our diets.
Nice, reminds me of the best off-the-shelf energy bites I've ever had, they're called Terra Bites. They're made by a company called Bio Peak Nutrition and they even make Keto Bombs that are out of this world delicious and healthy!
Hi can you tell me how much cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to use?
Thankyou
Hello! Question about the mini food processor as I am shopping for one. Can you just put the carrots in the food processor to finely chop? That's what I thought it would do...
Spatula! Oh spatula where are you? No offence spoon but spatula gets ALL those yummy ingredients in the mix 😊Thanks for the inspiration! Love your video, first time checking out your content 👍😊
Yum
Theyy are so yummy!!
Dani, is this type 2 diabetic friendly?
Can you use almond flour instead of oats? Cannot have oatmeal. Maybe hempseeds?
Instead of rolling into balls... Would it be able to cut nicely into squares if I pressed the mixture into an 8x8 brownie pan, after refrigeration! Or should I cut them into squares before refrigerating? (The 8x8 pan is easier on my hands, I use the back of a measuring cup, instead of rolling into balls.)💖🌞🌵😷
Hi 👋 I am wondering how much protein has each ball
Running to go get registered and get those recipes on my email! 😌
Yay!! Enjoy them.
Where do you buy that peeler?
Delicious! Dip them in dark chocolate and put them in the refrigerator for a Wow snack!!
What can you substitute for oats?
Can kids eat these too? Are uncooked oat ok to eat?
I would like to purchase thesrs energy ball?
You sold me at "no bake" 🤭😄
❤❤❤
You have the macros for this recipe?
They are healthy for you if you dont put sugar in them. Raisens and dates ARE full of sugar.
There are healthy alternatives out there.
And there is plenty of protein in them if you just put ground nuts in them or a little Braggs amino acids
👍👍👍👍
When I click on the recipe link to print, I don’t see where I can just print the recipe. Instead, when I use print, I get 37 pages of partially filled pages. What am I doing wrong?
I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong I had the same problem. She needs to add the condensed recipe option for PRINT (link) to the webpage. Otherwise you get all the ads. I have HP Smart which sometimes helps, but it didn’t work either b/c she hasn’t added a print link. Maybe she will :))
Sometimes I screen print a recipe from here (if it’s been written out) then crop my photos.
I’m glad they aren’t dirty.
مسيرة موفقة🎍🎍🎍🎍🎍🎍👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💔💔💔💔
I like this but my husband is diabetic and we can't have raisins or sugar😢
I'm in the Nutrition Industry you can use Xylitol, Stevia, Eurithritol or Aspartame Free sweetener. I also use these as sugar substitutes as I do not include any sugar in my diet. Hope this helps
After you've added all the ingredients and its a crumbly mixture, and while the mixture is still turning or spinning in the food processor, SLOWLY pour in your favorite plant-based milk, in a thin, slow stream, to make the mixture come together into a soft dough ball. You can then more easily scoop and roll out the little dough balls. I do this several times a month. You're welcome.
Why use expensive parchment paper when there’s no high temperature baking involved? Wax paper or silicone liner would be just as good, or better.

Oh no, NUTS!!!!! Allergic!!!!! Anyone got any ideas for an alternative???.
She gives ideas in the video, I think it was seed butter and different seeds.
Can you leave the coconut out? Absolutely dislike coconut.
Yes you can.
Guys if you're trying to be healthy, skip all these sugar bomb recipes. Stick to the mission
Too much protein is not good for you. Plants have enough protein for our needs.
True. And I never fell for that hype.
Noo, not more protein powder! It's not human food! 😢
what are you talking about?!
@shipsahoy1793 Hi! I'm talking about protein powder. You probably shouldn't eat stuff you don't know what it is. No, I'm wrong. They now say the protein in the powder comes from bugs. 😔
@@appvik7491 oh Idk about that. Well, look at it this way. Bees have been making honey forever and people eat honey or put it in their tea or whatever without any issues. I wouldn't just assume it's not "people" food. Humans are omnivores, which means they can successfully injest fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, nuts, etc.
Protein is probably the least of your problems,
bc you need it along with other neutrients.
Exercise, rest, eat healthy, keep yourself clean, and avoid unnecessary pharmaceuticals at all cost. 😉
Recipes are pretty good. Organic is HORRIBLE for you and environment. Canola is FINE. I watch on mute and just enjoy the recipes. The uneducated commentary is hard to listen too.
