  • Here is a quick tutorial on how to build side rails with walls for your gorilla cart. The model I have is the gor6ps but you can modify for any model.
The link for this build was provided on Gorilla Carts website gorillamade.co...

Just a helpful tip when using a sliding compound miter saw, start you cut closest to you and then slide to the rear. This will prevent possible kickback from your blade.

I just built one and attached tool racks on the outside so I can carry tools and materials. Awsome video

Great job and it looks clean. I especially like that there were no extra holes drilled into the cart. That's a huge plus on your part.

I am confused. At 3:44 into the video when you are completing the front part, it shows the two pieces of horizontal wood, one on top of the other with no gap. When you show the completed project, there is now a space between the two pieces of wood on the front and the sides.?????

That’s right- after I screwed it in, I realized I didn’t leave the gap I was supposed to by aligning the board to the top pieces like I had with the sides, so I went back and moved it up.

Am I wrong or did you not at first drill the smaller planks in the back below the heighth of the stakes? Then it looks like you corrected it later so that the rear planks are separated and the top one is raised to the top of the stake. Just curious.

@@PudgyFish47 you are correct, I forgot to keep a gap between the boards so I fixed it after, but not sure it really matters if you have a gap or not

@@hunterbergman6453 Thank you for your response, Hunter. It doesn't take anything away from your great video. I like the look of the space between the planks and the 45 degree angle cut is a nice look. Keep the videos coming.

What are the actual hole dimensions, please?

Are you referring to the slots in the wagon for the wooden posts to slide into?
