DIY Camper Van Conversion | Ep. 8 | A full size bed with SELF-LOCKING drawers - TONS of storage

While we wait for winter to pass, we decided to work on a new project; converting a cargo van Ford E250 into a camper van. We expect this endeavor to occupy us for the next couple months and decided to bring you along as we transform this van into our new part time home.
We are learning a lot as we are doing (as always), so don't hesitate if you have any questions about your own conversion, it will be a pleasure to share tips and tricks, if possible.
In this episode, we build the bed structure! Our bed platform is about 68" long and 54" wide. There is about 11" of clearance below it. Under the bed, we build two self-locking drawers and a big space to store our two deep-cycle batteries.
