I bought a bunch of canvas and had my friends come over to do this and it was really fun :) we're all in our mid 20s drawing maps on the floor and watching nostalgic kids movies

tips~!
Its better to make the outline bigger than the rice outline, it gives the illusuin its an actual map.
Use fineline pens, they can be pricy but it'll be totally worth it for the end result.
Be creative about it! Add caverns, towns, etc, JUST BE CREATIVE ABOUT IT!

As I am an avid mapmaker and it’s really funny seeing all my friends and going “behold you hath entered my domain.” Idk makes me feel good abt myself for how good I’ve gotten at it.
