wonder if NDT3 will ever add tornadoes, they'd be cool but hard to emulate and fit within the 15s day somehow but i could probably figure out a potential way to do it at some point (like EX systems spawning tornadoes where you can see the path and strength of the tornadoes as the system moves over)

Goddamn it, there was this extremely realistic looking storm-game project that was being developed (by either a single guy or a very small team), in Unreal Engine 5..They posted a few videos showcasing updates and live-in-game footage, for example of the development of a cumulonimbus cloud LIVE, and it looked absolutely INCREDIBLE, super realistic (better than the Microsoft Flight Simulator clouds, which almost look cartoonish). I have NEVER been able to find this project EVER again since last time I checked it out years ago, and it just COMPLETELY VANISHED from the internet, leaving no trace ANYWHERE. Is there ANYBODY else that knows what I am talking about? Please, I feel like I am going crazy over here. I believe it was called something like "Project Storm" or something similar, but when I google that, another crappy looking game pops up instead... (not what I am referring to at least).

It's called "Project Storm" and they took down all their videos for some reason, but they made a discord, so their entire community is only on there now. I am pretty sure they are making it as a hobby and not getting paid for it, so development is very slow. But it looks INSANE, it's wayy better than any other planned weather/storm chase game out there.
i love twisted but grinding for tiv 1 and dom 1 is really REALLY hard imo and my potato pc can either handle the graphics pc crash or whenever i dont go on the radar its stuck on the spawn selection and i dont know how to fix it

Twister county by alex_ander is my favorite because it doesn't require a high end device and it's simple so understand The only things I don't like is that it's no longer being maintained and the cars are easy to flip on curbs

I don't like twisted anymore since it doesn't scare me like it used to, before 1.20 the game seemed eerie especially at night, and before 2.0 the atmosphere.. was just so good, gave it a more realistic vibe since sometimes in storms with alot of rain doesn't make it look brighter but darker than usual, if the more rain = darker instead of lighter it will fix my #1 problem with the game, other than the shape of the tornado isn't unique, and about the night part, it is better darker, but it is more scarier sometimes in the earlier updates, so I hope they keep the dark nights in 1.21

BUT I played with 2 people on the private server, and it was the most fun I've ever had on Twisted some how better than the 1.19 days, it made me not even care how much money I got, now my friend can't really play Twisted that much so.. Storm chasers probably has some of my favorite mechanics, it just needs a few big things that would make the game leagues better, such as more options for vehicles and a much larger map.
I still can't get into the Twisted game because it keeps logging me out automatically. Only one time I was in the game. Is it because I'm on a mobile phone???
As of now, you have to have a relatively powerful device to play twisted, however in the next update you will be able to play on a wider range of devices. If your phone is weaker, that is likely the issue.

The new update (1.21) should have fixed a large majority of those problems. Give it a try, and see what it's like.
