He might dealing with some other issues that he doesn't want you to worry about so he keeping his distant... you know your husband better than I do. But if his action to you changed all of a sudden and became distant and rather would play with the dog than spending time with you.. you have to think why this is happening? he might be interested on someone else ... So sorry to hear this ! I hope that that's not the case

I realized that I was much more masculine in my last relationship where he was horrible at communicating too! I turned into the man role always trying to fix everything and drive everywhere (he always complained about driving). Now that its over and I’m healing, I have felt myself slide back into a more feminine and relaxed place on my day to day and whenever I talk to guys.

He bacame stingy, low effort and low communication....Even stopped being romantic, generous or go on dates anymore. He wanted me to be bob the builder and raise him and it was draining. I fell for his representative, that he showed me at the beginning. In the end we weren't right for one another and both came into the relationship younger, broken and immature. The soul tie needed to be broken. It made me lose my identity and femininity also.....Along with toxic friends, that needed to be cut off at the time too. Yeah, she needs to gone bout her business. He’s squandering the little time they have to spend together for nothing. He’s not that interested in you anymore. I had the same situation last summer. We spent his two days off when we first started dating because he worked nights and I worked days. After a few months, he was MIA, not answering calls until too late to see each other, thought he was going to have me in limbo until he was available (lies). I had to face the fact that he shifted and it was time for me to go because a grown man will let you know how he truly feels. Won’t be no guessing. Good thing for me is I kept my cookie to myself so it was easy for me to get my purse and gone bout my business.

Yea sis this started out not on the best foot. What you’re laying the foundation of is a 50/50 type relationship. If you’re okay with that then fine but it’ll really be like 60/40 which you’re already starting to feel it. In the future let the guy do more or invest just a little more than you. Even if y’all are a hour a part he should drive to where you are and y’all go out to a mutual place and then he goes back home. All i needed to hear was that he told her he shows her he doesn't care because when he did, it didn't work out. Never deal with anyone who doesn't treat you based on who YOU ARE and instead puts you through stuff just because of their past, those are excuses. More than that, all his actions showed lack of respect, care and love, don't trip on what his lips are saying and choose yourself by giving your time and feelings to someone who values you and shows it every single time.
Non negotiables and setting clear boundaries should be talked about in the very beginning of the relationship. Stating what is ok and what is not ok comes with skills and clear communication. Know your worth and values, and don’t be afraid to communicate that in the very start of your relationship💕
I definitely agree with this! I haven’t necessarily set these boundaries and non negotiable beforehand and that’s partly why things didn’t work out. Moving forward, I will do this
I could be wrong but I think only myself and another young lady in the comment section picked up on who exactly Tony was referring too and it wasn't DJ. If you even begun to listen and understand Tony you would know that he does not judge nor talk down upon anyone.
