Welcome back to my channel! In today's vlog, we're taking you on an exciting journey along the picturesque French Riviera. Join us as we explore the beautiful Polygone Riviera for some fabulous shopping and delve into the world of house hunting in this stunning region.
Our first day starts off with a shopping trip to Polygone Riviera, a charming destination filled with trendy boutiques and luxurious stores. Join us as we browse through the latest fashion trends, soak in the vibrant atmosphere, and discover some hidden gems along the way. It's the perfect opportunity for some quality mother-daughter bonding time, and I can't wait to share it with you all!
On the second day, we embark on an adventure to find our dream home. Ryan has quite the keen eye when it comes to real estate. Our first property shows promise, but Ryan wasn't quite convinced due to some road noise and the absence of a breathtaking view. We'll show you all the details, sharing our thoughts and concerns, giving you a glimpse into the decision-making process involved in finding the perfect home.

In buying real estate it’s always location, location location. If a house is on a busy street with lots of noise, you will have a problem with resale no matter how pretty the house is. Good luck with your search. 😊
I am with Ryan- I would not want the road noise either. We live by the beach and I passed over several lovely houses due to road noise. I just wanted to hear the waves!. It is a shame house 1 wasn't in house 2's location.

I completly agree with Fern's outlook on what is important in a home. I'm sure the right one will come along soon.
If you have a inflammation issue, you may want to consider all natural products that go on your body.
Many of the chemicals that go into beauty products get absorbed and cause inflammation.

Then, as a Frenchman, I would like to pay tribute to a lady who left us yesterday 👒🕯🕯, one of the icons of an era, who had been loved by France for several decades thanks in particular to her kindness, her altruism and her charismatic British accent.
Jane Birkin was born in 1946 in Marylebone, a district of central London, located in the City of Westminster. She was a Franco-British, French-speaking actress and singer, living in France since the end of the 1960s. She was also a screenwriter and director.
(During the Second World War, his father helped the French Resistance by ferrying Free French fighters between Great Britain and Brittany at night.)
After her film debut in England, notably in the film Blow-Up, she began a career in France where she met her future mentor, songwriter and partner, Serge Gainsbourg. Great video Fern. Being in real estate, location is imp to resell again but the noise is a turnoff even for reselling. I agree with rayan bout the noise and all. You want to see the mountains or the sea. More peaceful. And The sec house had character. But too much to do. Good luck with the house hunting 🌻

The second house would require some hemming in and a gardener at least two times a week. I would literally live in the garden.
Good evening! I certainly hope that you were able to find the perfect place to make another home. When you find it you'll know! Those were not that. Love your new look of minimal--so pretty. Nancy really is changing too. Our weather is challenging. So stupid much smoke. We wait so long for lovely weather. It is such a busy time however, having it smoke-free is so hit-and-miss. That does make it challenging to plan much! It's just not pleasant enough to spend much time in it. Too hot, too dry, too smokey. Now the stupid grasshoppers are getting a leg up. Sigh. When it is lovely and smoke-free it is beautiful to spend all day outside. Thanks for the visit today. Good you can trip to Britain and avoid the deep heat of summer! 🏝️🌞 Stay cool!❤❤❤❤

Absolutely love the second property from what I saw
Road noise would be a deal breaker for me. I enjoy peace & quiet and of course privacy. The last property garden was a jungle & way too overgrown - so much work. Parts of it were charming, but you have to consider the upkeep versus enjoying life in other pursuits.
Loved the new dress. Was the road on the side of the property where you would be, or on the back side where you wouldn't notice it because that was a lovely house. x

Could you not have a gardener to help with the big house? I loved your last house. We have a small house but the garden is quite big so we've had to have a gardener and to cut the lawns.
