In this vlog, I’m taking you along on our trip back in the U.K. with my family! 🇬🇧 We’ve got some exciting plans ahead!
First up, I’ll be sharing my experience getting laser rejuvenation treatment at Elements Medical in Doncaster to refresh my face! 😊 Then, I get to catch up with an old friend and meet her adorable new baby! 👶🏻💕
Of course, Ryan and I can’t resist picking up some healthy goodies from Grape Tree! 🍇 After that, we head over to Meadowhall in Sheffield for a fun shopping session! 🛍️ Did we find the perfect items?
And to end the vlog on a delicious note, Ryan prepares a home-cooked meal with grass-fed steak and Stilton sauce! 🥩🧀 It’s amazing! We’re taking full advantage of the quality British meat at fantastic prices!

I am glad to see you all are having a nice vacation in the UK!. I always enjoy watching your vlog. While in the Air Force I was lucky enough to travel to both the UK and France - so it is fun to see your travels.
We just 3 days ago returned from a month traveling the UK. In all the times I’ve been, I’ve never seen so much rain in JULY! We had a lovely time though. First time in Yorkshire and we enjoyed it so much (despite the weather). As I was driving I saw the sign on the road for Doncaster and thought of you. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary in York. Just say no to the Crocs Fern! 🤣. 🇬🇧🇺🇸💕. PS. Came home to the sun and heat in Oregon.

Oh Fern, I absolutely HATE Uggs! BUT I've got a pair for slopping about in the garden, lol. You're so right it takes will power to not nip out in them.
So funny I was just in Grape Tree yesterday and bought lots of the same stuff as you. I'm south coast not far from Brighton and there's several shops along the coast so think they're countrywide.
Its such a shame the weather is so bad this summer. I bet you can't wait to get back to the Riveria and the sunshine.

Despite the weather, it’s been a great trip as we’ve really tried to make the most of it by stocking up on items, having structure with fitness etc.

I love when you share yours and Ryan’s snacks and foods. Raw nuts seem easier to find in UK than US! We can find them but not as readily.

Fern in Crocs .. gasp 😲 oh the slippery slope Fern 😆 (I actually have two pairs, peach & light blue .. I wear them in the garden & take on my hols 🤫 😏) .. do it 😁
When I was looking for garden shoes for the summer, I found some beautiful crocslike shoes with little flowers on them in the garden centre. I´m very much against them being ´out in public´ wear 😂 But love wearing them in the garden, comfortable and my feet are more protected than when I wear my flip flops in the garden. Learnt that the hard way 🙈

That Grape Tree shop looks really great. I have never seen one in the south of England (Somerset specifically). Steaks look really good at a reasonable price unlike other parts of Europe including Finland where I live. Steaks are ridiculously expensive here and even hard to find!
Yes, crocs ONLY for around the house and yard. Theyare comfortable to slip on and handy to wear outside! 😋
Oregano oil in the ear and A drop down your throat. Works immediately for infection
Love my crocs for gardening. I can rinse them off. And they are comfortable.

I wear crocs to hose off my pool deck. They're good for around the house. I wouldn't wear them out.

You & Ryan are looking fab all your lifestyle & hard work is paying off. Definitely no Crocs for me - I live in Havaianas in the summer & around the house. I loved Ryan’s Uggs (I love an Ugg too). You have got me considering to join ‘The Anti-Inflammatory Club’ too!! Just swapping foods a bit at a time - you have already got me hooked on coconut milk coffee with a dash of honey for a bit of sweetness - lovely. I used to have an Auntie Clara that we used to visit when I was small in Sheffield - she used to say Gi’ore a lot (give over) I love a Yorkshire accent - happy days. With regards to eggs 🍳…. It’s more of a habit now as we usually eat minimal carbs so eggs are a added source of protein and seem to go with most meals xx

Good afternoon, it's 1:23 & I've managed to enjoy your vlog & multi pause tasking my early Blue Jays 💙 baseball game. I have developed into a sincere fan. They're amazing! The only Canadian baseball team. It was well-timed with your Sunday delivery. Not wasting time & putting both of you on pause to catch the other one. I must say your hair looks so pretty . Your mother is funny. She could hardly contain her enthusiasm for your bag of treats?. My favourite nuts are a tie between pecans and macadamia. I'm happy you're feeling better,Fern. Your friends baby is beautiful & too her sister. I love hot spicy food. Yesterday I had an open face leftover piece of barbecued steak on bread that has baked in cloves of garlic, turned into toast ,then buttered, then an ample application of keen's hot mustard, (tragic Ryan can't have mustard.I love it) then an upper application horseradish. Did you know that spicy hot food thins the blood. It's really very healthy. Nothing like a steak and fried egg meal. The produce this time of year , is so terrific. Had some steamed Swiss Chard just with butter, salt and pepper. Going to search and see if I can see that image of ' Panic Room '. I hope you can manage to find to purchase for your upcoming birthday. What do I think of Crocs? Why not? Comfort counts. Well dearies it's time to go. Looking so forward to more vignettes of dampened British adventures. We actually had a rain 🌧️. Thank God !It is so dry. Stay well & have fun together . Hugs❤

I use a Tablespoon in my homemade GF pizza dough...
I use a couple of heap teaspoons. Start off slow and see how you go. Remember to drink plenty of fluids also. Excellent stuff and REALLY good for you. Pop it in smoothies or on your cereal, in soups etc.
I add a tablespoon or two in a bowl 🥣 with chia seeds, milk, fruit, peanut butter and a drizzle of honey. 🍓🫐☺️

You’re so young to be having laser treatment , fillers / Botox , because as you age it actually makes you look older in that it’s obvious work has been done , and it makes people more aware .
There’s a danger of looking like a waxwork , which really isn’t attractive , and it makes you even talk in an odd way.
There’s taking care , facials , eating and hydrating well and a good skin care regime and then there’s looking like a mannequin.
You’re an attractive woman, and I say this from someone who modelled and knows skin care , so don’t start going too far , there’s not a wrinkle on your face , and for a woman your age it’s not natural .
Frozen look is not great .
