  • What do you do when there is an East coast low off Sydney? Go for a ferry ride to the city. This was the last ferry of day, they canceled the service.

My grandmother used try to catch the last ferry before cancellation. She'd have been in her element on a day like that. With seas like those, they'd be thinking of cancelling even the Mosman Bay services!

Who wants to go from somewhere to somewhere else in this sort of weather?

It’s better than a roller coaster in this weather.

It’s only about ten to 15 minutes, of the trip. If the weather gets too bad they do cancel .

Myself and my mates jump at the opportunity. We don't end up going anywhere bar the maccas at Circular Quay in between runs. It's a brilliant trip better than a rollercoaster. If you've done it a few times you can predict when you're going to go into waves and when you're gonna be fine which always mentally prepares you more.

@@northernriverstransportvlogs Ha! If the operators knew that, they’d charge you extra for the experience!.

@@josephinebennington7247 Oh we spent 8 hours going across and back. The crew thought we were mad especially as we got a massive thunderstorm in the afternoon and we stayed outside to be drenched. They do the opposite and actually give us free rides on the odd occasion.
