Make a springbit for solder mask milling on the cnc

In this one i make a "springbit" to remove solder mask from homemade pcb on the cnc. It was a bit difficult to find the right settings to make it work but the result is ok.

Wouldn't the set screws vibrate out of position over time? Are you using thread lock on them? I'm super impressed and will very likely turn one myself! thanks!

Thank u for the video, i have bought an original spring loaded bit, but still whatever i do, the bit removes the copper with the mask! I do not get it... Any tip please?
