Excellent from start to finish. You showed more information, technique and quality in 6 minutes than I have been able to see in 6 hours elsewhere. The video quality was superior to many others too. Thank you.
Did I just see what I think I saw? First, cutting the traces with absolutely no burr raised in the copper; a notorious material to machine. Then, milling the solder mask so precisely that the copper underneath appears unblemished. This is pure magic! I’m going to have to get me some of those cutters. Magnificent video!
Hi I would like to know if this works for heal welding paste? www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B018C71QHI/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496107658&sr=8-1&keywords=QUANS+110V+20W+UV+Ultra+Violet+High+Power+LED&dpPl=1&dpID=51Gx6Lp91VL&ref=plSrch
Hi and thank's for your video. Too easy because simple side. But your milling and drilling methods seams to be well improved and reliable. I'm beginning the tasks of "electroplating through holes" at home. With my CNC i'm just drilling holes as a first operation. I etch with the paint burning method using a laser.
hi the video is amazing . 2 questions : first how can i make 2 slayers PCB ? 1 layer is only good for basic projects second , the second part when u take the solder mask off the pads but changing the spring , is your machine the only one which dose this ? i have not seen others to do it so people use transparent pages to give UV in the parts they want mask to be hard , or do u do something in menus of the program so it dose do this ?
please help me to buy the right tools from your website. which tool angle did you use for removing the pcb soldermask with the compression spring. the "30° - spiral carbide engraving bit"? or the 60 and the compression spring is the "compression spring - steel (0.2 x 2.5 x 26 mm)" right? and which tool angle did you use for removing the copper for very tiny smd components? 30 degrees 0.1mm flat or v? My guess would be the wegstr.com/30-spiral-carbide-engraving-bit. but I saw you used two in the video, can you describe well which parts from your website you have used so that I can buy them with no mistake.
What is the transparent film that you use at 3:08 to spread the ink for the soldermask? I tried some but all of them took parts of the ink when I removed them...
Excellent! But is there any way to fulfill drilled holes with solder? Maybe it would be better to drill larger hole, then fill it with solder and drill it again with smaller diameter. Thus we can get a full solder cilinder in a hole. Can you find some other ways to make it?
Hi! How can you just scrape the pain of the PCB off? Is it a program related configuration or something related to the spring you shown? Awesome video btw!
You can use a CNC engraver or any CNC machine with a milling option that supports PCB's or engraving. It's even an option to make your own machine using open source software and hardware. So in short, you could technically use any CNC machine with a drill aslong the software allows it.
I love this way of making the PCB'S I'm trying to make them with CNC laser but I can't find a way to pass the files to a format that can be vectorized in corel
The quality is impressive.
thank you very much :)
fuck this shit the best video on pcb making .....
yea
Absolutely the best I've ever seen. Wow.

So awesome! I'm impresed with the quality!
Wassuappp guys wllcome back 😂

The best quality pcb milling I've seen thus far.
Tak tohle mně dostalo. Coby strojař a obdivovatel cnc, smekám. Dokonalé, nádherné, perfektní PORNO. LÍBÍ !!!
i can't believe how perfect this turned out
That pcb locks at least as good as if it was produced by a professional pcb manufacturer. Maybe even better...

This would work to cure the UV solder mask as it outputs UV light if you are unable to leave it outside to cure.
Joop Brokking Hey it's great to see you here. I think you'll build this thing in your next project, as you selects the best project
Joop Brokking
great!I watched the video several times. This process made me very happy.
I'm truly enthral by your video. i always like unique things, innovative things. thank u so much for uploading such professional quality stuff.
that is the beautiful thing i have ever saw in pcb creation
The real thing looks better than the simulated one. Nice job!
Best pcb i've ever seen
Beautiful video demonstration!
На это можно смотреть бесконечно. Шикарная точность и качество.
Отличная технология pcb. Спасибо
Muito além de uma simples placa, uma obra de arte.
Meus parabéns ao cara que fez tudo isso 👏
PERFECT! great video as well. Nice job man.
Absolutely beautiful. The milling of the solder mask is awesome.
Perfektní práce!
I could watch this thing make boards all day.
Great Job Sir
Wow awesome job!

Amazing man.... using domestic items and making PCB...
Yes, everyone has a CNC milling machine under their beds
Great Electronics Company
Fantastic Job !
Profesionally made 👍
Wow! It's very cool!
hi i watched many video of making pcb but i have to say this is the best video i have seen wow i love it sooooooo much
thank you
Dude! We are really living in the future!
The quality of your board is amazing! Very good indeed, congratulations!
now I just need a job to be able to buy that CNC machine x'D
Pcb looks better from factory. WOW!
Quedó muy prolija. Felicitaciones!
One of the best boards I've seen, stunning work.
Thanks for the comment!
Looks professional
Very nice PCB.
Hi, great video. How to realign the PCB to etch the solder mask? Tks
wow exelent. good work..👍

Очень оригинально вышло.
Интересная идея.
woww
excellent product
мой мозг от таких видео улетает в нирвану you super
So amazing watching this video 🤗
Very nice and best videos
Holy crap, that's gorgeous.
Loved the video
Great job
unbelievable accuracy,,,
awesome result!
You use those thick PCBs for extra rigidity or because its the only option available?
New subscribed from Somalia thanks
Beautiful!! :D
Excellent video. What is the name of the tool you use to cut copper?

Very professional, congratulations. Thumb up.
Perfect home make with high standard method....unbelievable
wow. Awesome
Paráda (y) Jen tak dál!!!
Very inspiring!!!
Very nice. Have you done some component mask?
То же самое я делал в 70-х годах прошлого столетия.Только вручную и резаком. )) Прогресс...
Просто вся суть в том что ты делал, а этот чел только сверла менял )))

Вот это уже ближе к делу. Паяльная маска это хорошо ))
You make it look so easy!

Amazing!!! The creator is very compent. Congrats
Very good quality video, thumbs up.
Amazing! No etching or UV used.
cool video, what liquid do you use for tining ? thanks for the knowledge :)
awesome work fantastic
Ae the CNC machines for creating machanical parts the same as those for pcb milling ?
or the the machines are different?

That seems professional to me.
5:36 man that looks so pro
Very high quality
that was awesome friend!
What board you are using under that pcb while milling?
Thats impressive!
Can you tell me what type of PCB that you are using ? Its surface and copper layer is very smooth.
Good Jobs
Tak to je hustěkrutopřísný :-)))) parádní prácička...
Diky :)
Very nice video that gives a great view on how a very professional PCB can be made in small quantities and short turnaround time. Thanks!
What about the double sided & Via ?
Perfect view superrrrr
Nice project
Fine illustrated....

Awesome 🤩
background music is LIT😍
Damn good! I can't even tell the difference the factory made and this one.
To WEGSTR CNC : perfect and professional : I desire to have it. !
Just wanted to remind you that RUclips has a no porn policy.
Outstanding video work. And what a awesome cnc machine!
It's very nice to see
curious on the spring bit. where can i pickup one of them
This is beautiful!
